Render To the Lord the Things That are the Lord's
(Mt22:15-22)
God is the Owner of all things (Ps24:1, 100:3).
All things come from Him and return to Him (Rm11:36) and
He lets those who render to Him the things that are His return to Him.
Faith is acknowledging Him and
The life of this faith is rendering to the Lord the things that are His.
While throughout the history of mankind, from primitive societies of hunters and gatherers,
To feudalism, monarchy to capitalism and communism,
The issue of ownership has been tested and fought for to this day,
The Bible teaches who the Owner of all things is and that men must return to Him (Ha2:8).
Even if one receives things after toiling all his life
The moment he returns to dust everything is lost (Ge3:19; Ps90:3-10) for
The ancestor of all mankind Adam was deceived by the devil and sinned (Ge3:4-6) and
Became his slave losing his right of possession (2Pe2:19).
Returning from the defeat of his enemies Abraham gave thanks
By giving a tenth of the plunder to the priest of God (Ge14:16-20; He7:1-4),
As Jacob was spending the night during his escape (Ge28:21-22)
He vowed to give a tenth of everything if he were to return to his father's household safely.
When he was told by God to return home after 20 years
He had become a wealthy man (Ge31:3-13, 32:9-12).
When his descendants, the Israelites, were being delivered from their slavery
They left with the treasures of Egypt (Ex12:36, 40-41) and
Entered the land that God swore to their ancestors (Ex33:1).
After wandering in the desert for 40 years almost all of the people died in the desert because
They rebelled to return to Egypt (Nu14:3-33).
However, the very few people of faith and the new generation of people born in the desert
Entered the promised land
Having the sanctuary as the mark.
While the Temple of Jerusalem was the mark for the Israelites to return to (1Ch29:14-18),
The prophet cried out for the people to examine themselves for their repeated captivity (La3:40) and
Return to the Lord (Hos6:1; Zec1:3) for
They had robbed what belonged to the LORD: in tithes and offerings (Mal3:7-10).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-22),
He would become the way for all souls to return to not Canaan but the Father's house (Jn14:6) for
He is the Word who was in the bosom of the Father in the beginning who
Became flesh, the only begotten Son (Jn1:1, 14, 18).
He said, while that which has the image of Caesar was to be returned to Caesar (Mt22:21),
That which has the image of God must be returned to God (Ge1:27).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Came from the Father and was returning to the Father (Jn1:18; Lk23:46);
2) Judged the devil the thief (Jn10:8; 1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood purchased all souls and returned them to the Father (Rev5:9).
He resurrected and ascended to heaven, becoming
The Owner of all things (M28:19).
The Holy Spirit lets those who have been purchased by the blood of Yeshua
Know that their souls, flesh, time, knowledge, experience, talents, material etc
All belong to the Lord (1Co6:19, 12:3).
Therefore, the Christian puts effort to
Give to the Lord what came from the Lord and
Do it joyfully (1Ch29:14) for
There is only one wholehearted wish for him, that is
To return to the Father's house.
O Lord,
This life that comes naked and returns naked (Ecc5:15, 12:7)!
Let us for our whole life
Render to You what is Your own and
In that day let the treasures laid in heaven become like a giant magnet (Mt6:20) and
Pull all of us up, so none will remain on earth
But all enter the Father's house! Amen.

Let the Lord Work
(Is62:7; Mk16:17-20)
The Lord works (Eph1:11).
By His own hands He created all things (Is45:12) and
By the result of the work of His hands He receives glory (Is29:23).
Faith is knowing Him and
The life of this faith is letting the Lord work and giving Him glory.
Across all times and cultures
People generally do not like labor and so want to avoid it.
Even among idols they tend to prefer those that are seated restfully.
The Bible, however, introduces God as He who works:
His own hands created the heavens, the earth and all mankind (Is45:12),
With His mighty hand He destroyed Egypt (Dt2:15) and brought Israel out of Egypt (Ex32:11), and
He led them to conquer Canaan (Ex33:14) for
They were called the Lord's people, the Lord's servants (Neh1:10).
The sanctuary where the stone tablets inscribed by the finger of God (Dt9:10) were
Reminded them of what God did with His hands and that they were made by His hands.
However, because they had no regard for the deeds of the Lord,
They were eventually brought down (Ps28:5).
Yet through the prophet God counseled them to
Ask the Lord to not rest and to not give Him rest (Is45:11, 62:7).
Finally, Yeshua came and said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19),
Because through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would put to end all deeds done with hands and
Work with His own body (1Pe2:24) for
The Most High Himself would bear the iniquities of men and establish Zion (Ps87:5; Ps53:11).
He is the Word in the beginning who made all things (Jn1:1-3), who became flesh (Jn1:14).
Driven by the Spirit His public life began (Mk1:12) and
For those who pleaded Him to work (Jn2:1-11; Mk4:38)
He did the work of healing and driving out demons (Mt8:16-17; Ac10:38) for
The Father is at His work to this day (Jn5:17).
With His body He was scared, poured out water and blood (1Pe2:24) and
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) With His body finished the work of the Father (Lk13:32; Jn10:18);
2) Judged the devil the rebel (Is14:12-15; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Bore Himself the sins of men (Is53:11).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne as the Lamb who
Bears the marks of being slain and is forever glorified (Rev5:6).
The Holy Spirit comes to reveal the Lord at work (1Co12:6) and
Lets the souls and the church purchased by His blood (Ac20:28) also do work.
The Christian is he who
Does not cease to pray until he is heard (Lk18:1-8) and
Boldly opens his mouth and testifies the gospel (Mt10:20),
Heals in the name Yeshua as the last resort (Mk16:17-20) for
The Lord is at work to this day (Mt28:20).
Finally, by the result he gives glory to God.
O Lord,
For the Father works, the Son works and the Holy Spirit works,
Let me also work!
For I will do my share of work on this day
Please do Your share of work, Lord! Amen.

Loving the Lord Yeshua
(Jn21:15-17)
God is love (1Jn4:8).
He loves the evil and the good (Mt5:45) and
Takes those whom He loves to the kingdom of His beloved Son to live with them forever (Col1:13).
While the great theme of all religions and philosophies is the human love,
The Bible demands that man ought to love the Lord more than others (Jn21:15).
As such faith is loving the Lord Yeshua and
The life of this faith is loving the Lord's young souls.
Whether it is between a parent and a child, lovers, siblings, friends or for humanity (philanthropy),
Love is a uniquely human attribute.
While there are beautifully moving stories of love,
There are also those that indicate lack of interest, neglect and heartlessness towards neighbors.
After Adam sinned, a flaming shield was placed around the Garden (Ge3:4-6, 24) to
Illustrate the enmity between God and man and among men.
As such, Cain killed own brother,
Frankly expressing indifference and mercilessness (Ge4:9).
Nevertheless, for God loved their ancestors He brought the Israelites out of Egypt (Dt4:37),
Giving them the promise of a land and blessings to a thousand generations (Ex20:6; Dt11:22)
Through the commandment, the Law.
The greatest commandment (Mt22:36-40) was
First, love the Lord God (commandments 1 to 4) and
Second, love their neighbors (commandments 5-10).
In spite of the fact that they were to not harm their neighbors but show mercy on them (Lev19:5-18),
Because they were ruthless and served idols (Eze22:3), and
They robbed and oppressed the poor,
God paid them back with the fire of wrath (Eze22:29-31).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19), and
Shocked the Jews who loved Jerusalem.
However, through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would make the Law perfect (Mt5:17) for
According to the prophecy (Hos2:19, 31)
He came to love the Father and all men who had become enemies, and show them mercy.
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Laid down His life and loved the Father (Jn14:31);
2) Judged the devil the separator (Ge3:4-6; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Confirmed the Father's love for men (Rm5:8) and showed mercy to men who had met a robber (Lk10:36-37).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne which is
In the kingdom where the Son reigns with love (Col1:13).
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit who lets believers love the Lord Yeshua (Rm5:5) and
Thus keep His commands (Jn15:9-10).
He lets those whose bigger debt had been forgiven (Lk7:42-47),
Those who received more grace (1Co15:10), and
Those who have none but the Lord to love (Ps73:25)
To love the Lord's young souls.
The Christian takes care of them like little brothers (Jn21:15),
Sharing what is good and does not hold back sacrifice (1Jn3:18),
Follows the good shepherd who laid down His life for His sheep
To love like He showed (Jn15:13, 17, 21:15-19) for
He longs for the crown of life promised to those who love Him on that day (Jas1:12).
O Lord,
If we love the Lord,
We would love all that is Yours - Your face, Your body, Your feet"¦
Even if they are ignorant, impertinent
Let us love the little souls whom You have also bore in Your blood! Amen.

Kneeling Before the Name of the Lord Yeshua
(Php2:6-11)
God is the Most High (1Sa15:29).
He is the Most High above all gods (Ps97:9) and
He dwells in the heights (Is33:15).
Faith is confessing the One whose name is Yeshua as Lord and
The life of this faith is kneeling before the Lord Yeshua.
Kneeling symbolizes surrender or plea and
It is what the lowly does before the high,
The sinner before the judge,
The defeated before the victor, the have-not before the have,
The dying before the one who can let him live.
As such, it is absolutely expected of him, who in the past bowed before an idol that cannot speak,
To now kneel before the Most High whose voice resounds in thunders and hails (Ps18:13).
The Bible indicates the original form and the fundamental attitude of the created, since
The devil, an angel who left his proper position and tried to challenge the Most High (Is14:14), was
Contained in the universe (Is14:15; Jude1:6) where
He deceived Adam, the ancestor of all men (Ge3:4-6).
Consequently all men became slaves of the devil destined for hell (Mt25;41; 2Pe2:19).
According to His promise to Abraham (Ge15:13) that
Nations will submit to Israel (Ge27:29),
With thunders and hailstorms God brought Egypt to its knees (Ps18:13).
He delivered the Israelites from their slavery and
Gave them the commandments so
They would know that the LORD with the name Jehovah alone was the Most High of Israel (Is83:18).
In spite of it, however, they made an idol in the wilderness (Ex32:1-4),
Built high places when they arrived in Canaan (Ps78:58) and
Continued to sin against Him (Ps78:17-34).
As a result they were put to shame, defeat and destruction.
Nevertheless the sanctuary where the name of the Most High Jehovah was and
The stone tablets inside the ark of covenant reminded them of this.
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-22),
The Most High Himself would establish Zion according to the prophecy (Ps87:5) for
He is the very nature God, equal to God, coming in the form of a servant (Php2:6-8),
Humbling Himself to the point of death on a cross.
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Submitted to the Father who makes the Son subjected to Him, and gave glory (Jn10:17-18; 1Co15:28; Php2:8-11);
2) Judged the devil who left his proper domain and position (1Jn3:8; Jude1:6); and
3) With His blood made all men sons of the Most High (Ph82:6).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne as the Lamb of God who
Bears the marks of being slain (Rev5:6) for
They are the eternal marks of His submission to the Father.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent
Brings those who confess that Yeshua is Lord (1Co12:3)
To their knees before the name Yeshua (Php2:10) so:
1) They are baptized, worship and praise;
2) They repent for bowing their knees to vain things;
3) They confess their failures;
4) They ask whatever; and
5) They commit their souls to the One who is able to save them from death for
There will come a day when
Those who do not believe Him and do not submit to Him will be punished (2Th1:8), while
Those who bow lowly before Him will be transformed to be like the body of Christ (Php3:21).
O Lord,
Let me and all my offspring, and all those You have given me
Kneel before the name Yeshua! Amen.

is the Light of Life
(Jn8:12)
God is the light of life (Ps56:13).
Life comes from Him and
To those who follow Him He gives the light of life.
Faith is receiving that light and
The life of this faith is following the Lord of life, as earth follows the rotating sun and rotates in its orbit.
To all living things on earth,
The sun is not just one of the planets but also
The source of life that provides life through its light and heat.
Consequently, when it dies
Regardless of the progress of human civilization
The fate of mankind will also end.
Deceived by the devil, Adam sinned and was banished from the Garden (Ge3:4-6, 24).
He could no longer find the path to the tree of life "”
For sin is being cut off from the light of life.
On the night of Passover, while no household in Egypt was spared from death (Ex12:29-30),
Death passed over those of Israel that had the blood of lamb (Ex12:23-27).
God placed a pillar of fire before them when they entered the wilderness as
They had to follow that light in order to live (Ex13:21-22).
For to them God was the God of the life of the flesh (Nu27:16),
When they obeyed the word of the Law, the life in their flesh was extended (Nu32:46),
While a man's dead body came to life
When it touched the dead body of a man of God, a prophet (2Ki13:21).
The sanctuary was where light came from the One seated between the cherub (Ps104:2) and
Aaron's staff placed in front of the ark of the testimony budded (Nu17:4-8).
Furthermore, the life of the sinner who held on to the horns of the altar was spared (1Ki1:51-53) for
Both the ark of the testimony and the altar were
Sprinkled with the blood that was the life of flesh (Lev17:11).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19-20), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would give life to not the flesh but the soul for
He is the light of life in the Word that became flesh (Jn1:4, 14).
As such, on the mount where He transfigured, His face shone like the sun (Mt17:2).
As darkness filled the earth (Mt27:45), as His flesh tore and He died,
He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Sprinkled His blood on the heavenly sanctuary and let light shine (Lev16:14; He9:23);
2) Judged the devil, the archangel who left his orbit (Is14:12-15; Jude1:6); and
3) Tore the veil, the wall of sin, and released the light of life (He10:19).
He rose and sat on the heavenly throne as the Lord of life (Ac3:15).
The Holy Spirit whom He sent
Comes to the souls who received the blood of Yeshua, the light of life.
The Christian whose face has lit up by the light of life coming out of his soul
Puts every effort to not break away from the orbit and
Live following the word of the Lord
To worship, pray, read the Bible, gather, preach etc for
His word is spirit and life (Jn6:62).
Although one day the sun will lose its light,
He longs to enter the new heaven and the new earth that is
Filled with the light of life (Rev22:1-4) and
Live with the Lord of life forever.
O Lord,
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday...
This life has been repetitive for 34 years.
Even though it is burdensome, boring or difficult, however,
If this is the orbit that follows the light of life,
Let not even one of us get off it.
Let us all follow and remain attached to it until the end. Amen.

Have the Mind of the Lord
(Is57:15; Php2:1-11)
God is high and lofty (Is57:15).
He dwells in the high and holy place and
Also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit.
Faith is having the mind of the Lord and
The life of this faith is humbling oneself (1Pe5:6) and counting others more significant than oneself (Php2:3).
Humble people are liked by everyone in the world so
They always have friends, companions and supporters for
Humility comes before honor (Pr15:33).
The Bible indicates that, for before destruction a man's heart is haughty (Pr18:12),
God did not forgive Satan who, because of his pride, rebelled against the Most High (Eze28:17)
and Was brought down to the depths of the pit, Hades (Is14:12-15).
All men became slaves of the devil and with him headed to hell (Mt25:41) for
Their ancestor Adam was deceived by the devil to be like God and sinned (Ge3:4-6).
The history of Israel is a display of
God lowering them when proud and saving them when humble (Job22:29; Pr29:23).
After their exodus from Egypt, they passed through the wilderness in 40 years (Dt8:2-3),
God gave them the Law to be kept for generations (Dt31:26-27), and
Had them build the sanctuary all to humble them because
God knew that they would become proud and forget their past of slavery and say that
It was by their own power they gained their possessions (Dt8:12-18).
Those who, in spite of this, neglected God, whether kings or the people,
God mercilessly struck (2Sa24:1-15; 2Ch26:11-20) with
The rod of men and the stripes of the sons of men (2Sa7:14).
Yeshua came and said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it in three days," because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-22),
He would reveal that He came as the King to judge the prince of the world (Zec9:9; Jn12:31).
Though He is the very nature God (Php2:6)
He humbled Himself as the Son of Man to be yoked (Mt11:29).
Because He refused to become their king (Jn6:15)
He was put to death by the stiff-necked Pharisees.
However, as He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Humbled Himself and died like a sinner, testifying that the Father other is high and lofty (Php2:6-8);
2) Judged the devil the origin of pride (Ob1:3-4; 1Jn3:8); and
3) With His redeeming blood delivered all men from their slavery (Rm8:2; He2:14-15).
He resurrected and with the name above all names He sat on the throne in heaven (Php2:9-11).
The Holy Spirit revives the spirit of the lowly (Is57:15),
Those who in the past were slaves to sin (Rm6:16).
He who confesses Christ as Lord (1Co12:3)
Runs a good race within the church His body (Eph1:22)
By counting others more significantly than himself.
He clothes himself with humility (1Pe5:5)
Until the Lord comes and lifts him up (1Pe5:6).
O Lord,
Strike us, who have the tendencies of children of the devil,
With the rod of men and the stripes of the sons of men.
Crush the enemies of the church, our pride and arrogance! Amen.

The Zeal for the House of the Lord
(Jn2:12-22)
God has zeal (Is37:32).
He speaks in His zeal (Eze5:13) and
His zeal accomplishes what He speaks (2Ki19:31).
Faith is being moved by His zeal and
The life of this faith is being zealous for the house of the Lord (2Co11:2).
It would not be exaggerating to say that,
The history of the world is made by a small number of people for
Whether it is ideology, politics, science, culture or civilization,
It is accomplished by those who are insanely zealous.
The Bible is written of the zeal of God.
All the things that God made according to their kinds testify Him, and
To judge Satan who sinned God established the universe (Is14:12-15) and
Sent His Son to pursue him (1Jn3:8),
Finally with death judging him (Ge3:21; He2:14).
The exodus of Israel was the result of God's zeal with His own arm (Is59:16-17).
With ten plagues He struck Egypt while
He passed over the households of Israel with the blood of lamb (Ex12:13).
The people of Israel could be said to be the most zealous people for:
1) The only God (1Ki19:10); 2) the Law; 3) the holy name (Eze39:25); 4) their own people (Ge34:1-31;
2Sa21:2); 5) their zeal for the house of the Lord (Ps69:9).
As such, when they lost the ark of the Lord (1Sa5:1) or while exiled
Their zeal for the house of the Lord was extraordinary (Is27:14, 42:4).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-21),
He would be zealous with the zeal of the Father.
Although during His public life He was zealous for doing good (Ac10:38),
He was accused of blasphemy and was put to death by the Jews, the zealots (Mt27:25).
However, As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that:
1) He was consumed by the Father's zeal to make the Son the Heir of all things (He1:2), the
Jews' zeal for the house of the Lord (Ps69:9) and the Son's own zeal for the Father's house (Ps119:139);
2) Judged the enemy the devil (1Jn3:8); and
3) Redeemed mankind to make them His own people who are zealous for good works (Tit2:14).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent lets believers to have zeal for:
1) There is no other salvation or mediator but Yeshua; 2) keeping, defending and teaching the truth;
3) the name Yeshua; 4) the salvation of souls; and 5) the church.
Paul was a man zealous for God (Ac22:3).
While in the past he zealously persecuted the church (1Co15:9),
Later on, however, he greatly suffered for the church (Col1:24).
As such, wherever he went he built a church and
Faced daily the pressure of his anxiety for the churches (2Co11:28), and
Protected the church even after his departure (Ac20:28-32).
He who hears the rebuking of the Spirit is he who
Has zeal for the Lord, for the church
In order to not be spat out in the last day (Rev3:19).
O Lord,
Let us all have the zeal that others can feel even by just looking at us!
The zeal for the Lord, for the truth, for the church"¦ Amen.

For the Body of the Lord the Church
(Col1:18, 24-25)
God is the Lord of life.
Life comes from Him and
He finally raises to life those who want to remain attached to Him to live.
Faith is knowing who my Head (Lord) is and that I am a member of His body.
The life of this faith is for the body of the Lord the church rejoicing in suffering and filling up afflictions in one's flesh.
While the world sees those focused on the church life as foolish
He who knows he is a living spirit strives to be
A member of the church, the body of the Lord of life.
This is because depending on whose body one is attached his fate is determined for
The body and its members cannot be separated in their life relationship, and
Its members cannot live independent of the body.
In spite of the fact that Adam is a living spirit who cannot live independently
He was deceived by the devil and sinned, because of which he was cut off from God and
Belonged to the devil to go to hell with him (Mt25:41; 1Jn3:8).
Thereafter, while all men collectively took ground and developed civilization escaping extinction,
God deluged and destroyed them all but Noah and his family inside the ark.
The promise that God made to Abraham (Ge17:6) was for
His descendants the Israelites to multiply.
As such, while they were in the assembly in the wilderness for 40 years (Ac7:38)
They ate manna and kept the living oracles, they survived.
As they were surrounded by gentiles and always faced risk for their survival
The sanctuary where the manna vase and the stone tables were placed was
Thus extremely important to them.
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-22),
He would become the true bread that gives life to the soul (Jn6:31-35) and
Also the way of life (Jn11:25, 14:6) commanding to
Remain attached to Him like a branch and drink the sap (Jn15:8).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Offered up His life to the Father who will raise Him back to life (Jn10:18);
2) Judged the divider the devil (Ge3:4-6; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Sprinkled His blood on souls and gave them life (Lev17:11).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne as the Lord of life (Ac3:15).
He is the foundation of life, the firstborn from the dead (Col1:18).
The Holy Spirit whom He sent came and
The church was born, that is the body that has Yeshua as the Head (Eph1:22, 23), and
The body of Christ to follow the resurrection of Yeshua the Head (1Co15:20) and
Come out to the first resurrection when He returns (Col1:24).
The Christian is he who:
Knows that he is a member "” adheres to the church (Rm12:4-13);
Puts effort to stay alive "” breathes (prayer) "” nourished (the Word) "” excretes (repents);
Knows his own importance "” when a member suffers every member suffers; and
Keeps his position "” leaving it means to be burned up (Jn15:6; Jude1:6).
Regardless of the test or the suffering
He does not leave the body of the Lord the church (Jn15:4).
Rather he puts effort to serve faithfully his function (Rm12:4-13; 1Co12:13-27) so that
Until being taken up with the church on the day the Lord returns (Re21:2)
He longs to have his soul be nurtured and protected (Eph5:29).
O Lord,
The Church of Jesus celebrating her 34th Anniversary!
I am a soul, a member of the body of the Lord of life, the church, who must remain attached!
Let me and all You have given me remain attached like branches! Amen.
The Unity In the Lord
(Eph4:1-6)
God is the Lord of all (1Co15:28).
He made all things (Ac4:24),
He is above all and unites all and
He is in all (Eph4:6).
Faith is being called in one hope (Eph4:4) and
The life of this faith is becoming united in the Lord.
"All" refers to the state of all things being united, that is a united entity.
The United States of America is made up of 50 states with
People of different languages, cultures and customs,
United by one hope "” of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Likewise, any family or organization ought to be united in one hope.
While God created all living things, each according to its kind (Ge1:11),
Among the people He made as one flesh and blood
He made only one man a living being (Ge2:7; Ac17:26) for
God had the purpose of uniting all through the last Adam (Ma2:15).
All men who initially had only one language as one people (Ge10:5),
After the global flood, they were separated into various nations and peoples, since
God confused their language and scattered them (Ge11:1-8).
For man was deceived by the devil and sinned, and separated from God,
It was only natural for him to be divided (Ge3:4-6, 24).
After being delivered from their slavery in Egypt
The Israelites lived in the wildness for 40 years
Being led by the same pillar of fire, eating the same manna and living under the same Law.
After they entered Canaan, however, they married gentiles and served their gods (Ezr10:2-3).
Though they were destroyed because of it
They did not give up on their help of the restoration of Israel for
All their hope was on the Temple of Jerusalem (Job14:7; Ps27:4).
Yeshua said, "Destroy the temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19), for
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would become the living hope of all nations (Is11:10; Rm15:12; 1Pe1:4).
Even though the disciples who had been with Him during His public life had
All deserted Him (Mt26:31-33),
As He died alone, Yeshua said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Brought all things (including death) into submission and submitted into the Father and thus
was absorbed into the Father of all things (Lk23:46; Jn10:18; Rm8:38-39; 1Co15:27-28);
2) Judged the devil the separator (Ge3:4-6; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Made all mankind one in His blood (1Co15:22; Eph1:7).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne "”
The throne of God and of the Lamb, that is, He is the Lord of all (Rev22:3).
The Spirit of unity comes in the name Yeshua
To the believers born again in His blood and
Unites them in the body of Christ, the Church.
The Christian has the one hope his calling as resurrection, eternal life (Ac23:6).
Therefore, he puts effort to keep the unity of the Spirit (Eph4:1-3), that is
In His house, the Church (1Ti3:15; He3:6).
Through humility, gentleness, patience and forgiving one another,
He strives to cling to the Church (Rev21:10-21) for
He longs to be absorbed into the air
When the Lord returns.
O Lord,
Let us acknowledge our differences and
Not be separated over small things.
Let our egos be mercilessly cut and
With eternal life and truth let us be united in one heart. Amen.

For the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ
(2Pe1:10-11)
God is the King (Lord).
His throne is eternal and
The scepter of His kingdom is the scepter of righteousness (He1:8).
Faith is welcoming becoming the people of the kingdom of Lord Jesus Christ.
The life of this faith is giving one's life to the Lord's kingdom.
While in history countless countries rose and fell,
Currently there are 197 countries in the world.
Even in democratic countries where the government is by the people and for the people
The number one citizen would be the one who asks not what his country can do for him but
What he can do for the country.
Similarly the number one country would be the one that
Remembers the people who sacrificed themselves for that country.
The Bible treats Israel as number one nation among others for
This is according to what God promised Abraham (Ge12:1-2, 17:6).
For even after more than 500 years that covenant was not forgotten (Ex2:24-25),
The Israelites were delivered from their slavery in Egypt and
Became God's possession, a kingdom of priests, and a holy people (Ge19:5-6).
Although they had no territory God was their King and
His word (the law) ruled as a righteous nation (Dt4:8).
However, when they arrived in the promised land Canaan
They rejected God as their king and wanted a human king (1Sa8:6).
Subsequently, they went from Saul's Kingdom to David's Kingdom, and then
The kingdom divided into the Northern Kingdom and the Southern Kingdom both of which fell for
They were the sinful nation, a people whose guilt was great (1Ki11:6; Is1:4).
Nevertheless, there was the prophecy regarding
The appearance of a king who would reign on David's throne and over his kingdom,
Establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness (Ps24:7-10; Is9:6-7).
As such, they waited for the Messiah who would come as offspring of David (Mk11:10).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would destroy the prince of the world and establish the kingdom of heaven (Jn12:31).
Though in the past the Israelites unilaterally became God's people and were
Governed by the fear of the Law (Rm8:15),
Now whoever receives will become His people (Jn1:12) and
Freely be governed by the truth (Jn8:32, 18:19).
As He died framed as an insurgent to the Roman Empire (Jn19:12),
He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Offered to the Father the kingdom established with justice and truth (Rev5:9);
2) Judged the prince of the world the devil (1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood purchases souls and made them His people (Rev5:10).
He resurrected and ascended to heaven
He sat on the eternal throne of God and the Lamb,
Reigning with justice and truth (He1:8; Rev22:3).
The Holy Spirit whom He sent comes as the Sovereign Lord
To the souls purchased by His blood as a spiritual territory.
For the kingdom where
The Lord Yeshua who died for me and purchased me with His blood reigns as Christ
To stand firm, expand and absolutely reign
The Christian spares no sweat, tear or blood for the Church and
Keeps the truth, defends the truth and teaches the truth (2Ti4:1-5).
He puts to death the lust of the flesh (1Co6:9-10; Gal5:19) and
Looks after the neglected (Mt25:31-46) for
When the kingdom of the Lord comes he longs to be taken up (1Th4:16-17).
O Lord,
I so love the kingdom where my Lord Yeshua is Christ.
I welcome Your kingship and Your kingdom.
When You return,
Do not forget the Church Of Jesus! Amen.

Remain In the Lord
(Jn15:1-8)
God is the Lord of life (Ac3:15).
Life comes from Him and
To those who are attached to Him He supplies life.
Faith is loving life and
The life of this life is putting effort to remain attached to Him and bearing fruit.
The branch and the vine cannot be separated for they have a life relationship.
If the branch remains attached to the vine
It receives sap from the tree and so it lives and bears fruit,
Giving glory to God and whatever asked is received "”
This is central to the gospel.
Despite the fact that Adam, the living spirit, was to live by
The life-giving spirit, that is, the word of God (Ge2:7, 17; Jn6:63),
He was wedged by the devil (dia-bolos) and took the forbidden fruit (Ge3:4-6).
Death entered as the result of his sin (Rm5:12) and he was driven out of the Garden (Ge3:22-24).
The Bible reveals the principle of remaining in the word of God
Through various events.
Noah and his family built an ark according to the word of God and
Remained in the ark for 370 days (Ge7:11, 22, 8:13-14),
Surviving the deluge that wiped out every creature that breathed through its nostrils.
For on the night of the Passover
The Israelites remained inside their homes with the blood of lamb (Ex12:22-23),
They survived the calamity of the death of every first born.
Then, they followed the pillars of fire and of clouds and
Survived the wilderness for 40 years.
Under the Law, even a manslayer could live
As long he remained in a city of refuge with the high priest who could defend him (Nu35:26-28).
Furthermore, the sinner could live by sprinkling blood on the altar inside the sanctuary for
The life of the flesh is in the blood and
The blood makes atonement for one's life (Lev17:11; Nu27:16).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19-22), for
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of HIs body,
He would give life, that is, His blood, to the living spirit (Jn6:56) for
He is the Word that became flesh (Jn1:4, 14),
The last Adam, the life-giving spirit (1Co15:45-48).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Died according to the Father's command in order to receive life back (Jn10:17-18);
2) Judged the ruler of death, the devil who left his proper domain (He2:15; Jude1:6); and
3) With His blood redeemed the sins all men and gave life (Eph1:7).
He is the Lord of life who resurrected (Ac3:15).
The throne in heaven where the Lamb is seated (Rev22:1-2) is from where
The river of the water of life flows out to this day and
It is the Holy Spirit of life whom the believers receive (Jn7:38).
The man of the Spirit is he who
Regardless fo the temptations clings to the church with all his life for
He knows that the church is the tree of life and
Strives to follow the Lamb wherever He goes (Rev14:4).
He drinks the sap of the Word and bears fruit
Giving glory to the Father and
While on earth receiving answers to whatever he asks.
O Lord,
We are branches that cannot live apart from the vine!
Let not even one of us fall away from this tree of life.
Let us diligently bear the fruit of life and
Finally go before the Lord and taste life forever! Amen.

The Ministry Received From the Lord Jesus
(Rm1:14-17; Ac20:22-24)
God is the Lord of grace.
Grace comes from Him and
He gives grace to those whom He gives grace (Ex33:19).
Faith is receiving His grace and
The life of this faith is testifying the gospel of His grace as the indebted paying back his debt (Rm1:14).
Depending on who commanded what
The one given the task would have a varying sense of duty.
As such, the one who received the ministry to testify the gospel from the Lord Yeshua
Considers itself grace as
It is entirely up to the giver to decide to whom and what is given as gift (grace).
The Law that God gave Israel was the law of retribution (Ex21:23-25, 22:1) where
One cannot pay the price of another's sin (Eze18:20).
At the same time, however, the Law included the law of atonement where
Animals died in place of men (Lev4:3-4):
The sin offerings given in the sanctuary where
The mercy seat or atonement cover was above the ark with the stone tablets (Ex25:21).
According to the prophecy about the One who would carry the sins of men like a sheep (Is53:4-7)
Yeshua appeared and said, "Destroy the temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19),
Enraging the Jews who eventually handed Him over to death.
However, through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would become a ransom for all men in Adam (Mt20:28) and
Pay the price of their sin in place of them for
He is the Word that became flesh (Jn1:1, 14),
The God who came as man, the last Adam (1Co15:45).
As He died He said, "It finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Repaid with His life for the grace of the Father who gave Him all things (Jnh2:8-9; He1:2);
2) Condemned the devil the ungrateful one (Is14:12-15; Ge3:4-6); and
3) By grace gave the redeeming blood to all men (Eph1:7).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne of grace (He4:16),
The throne which He received from the Father as grace and
The throne from which He would be gracious to all mankind.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent is the Spirit of grace who
Lets grace be known (1Co2:12):
The precious blood of the only Son (1Pe1:18-20)
Given as gift to a wretch like me, worth less than a dead dog (2Sa9:8).
The Christian knows the grace he received and
Thus even if there is hardship or trouble before him,
He is constrained by the Spirit
To testify the gospel, the ministry received from the Lord Yeshua.
And he does it without boasting (1Co9:16)
For the borrower is the slave of the lender (Pr22:7) and
He knows that if he is silent and waits,
Punishment will overtake him (2Ki7:8-9),
As he longs for the greater grace to be brought to him
At the revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ (1Pe1:13).
O Lord,
Thank You that, though less than a dead dog I am
You considered me to be gracious to me and called me.
The amazing grace of this precious blood!
This servant will testify until my last breath. Amen.

The Family of the Lord Yeshua
(Eph6:1-4)
God is the Father of spirits (He12:9).
Through the spirit He gives birth to children and
By the spirit He rules over the family.
Faith is believing Him and welcoming Him and
The life of this faith is honoring the Father's will and building the family.
While in the past, the family was large and its ethics were predominantly paternalistic,
In modern times it has reduced down to the nuclear family which centers around the children.
Consequently, parents cannot freely teach their children.
Furthermore, due to parents who are irresponsible and their unfortunate circumstances
Children grow up without being socialized properly in the family, the basic unit of society and so
Their character is developed poorly and they cannot function properly in society.
As such, rather than happiness the family ends up becoming the root of misery for many.
The cause of all this traces back to the ancestor of mankind, Adam and his family.
Because his wife, Eve, was deceived by the serpent (Ge3:6),
They sinned, disobeying the word of God (Ge2:17).
Thereafter, no family has been without problems:
Even in the families of faith, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David etc.
The Law given to the people of Israel through Moses
Commanded them to honor their parents (Ex20:12),
Written on the stone tablets to be kept for generations (Ex31:16-18) for
It promised them a long life in the promised land,
All reminded through the sanctuary.
Thus, when Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19),
He upset the Jews who were steeped in preserving their flesh and blood (Mt26:61).
However, what He meant was through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would tear down the relationship God made with Abraham, based on flesh and blood, and
Established a new relationship in His blood with souls of all men.
In addition, Yeshua said:
That He is the Son of God who came to do the will of the Father (Jn6:39-40);
To call no man their father on earth, their father of flesh and blood (Mt23:9); and
Those who do the will of the Father are His mother, brother and sister (Mt12:48-50),
Declaring a new view on family.
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Willingly laid down His life knowing the Father's love for Him (Jn10:17-18), and established
the family according to the Father's will determined before the creation (Eph1:4-5);
2) Condemned the devil who destroyed the first family (1Jn3:8); and
3) With His flesh fulfilled what men could not (Rm8:3-4) and sprinkled His blood giving birth to the children of the spirit (1Pe1:23).
After He resurrected and ascended to heaven,
He sent the Holy Spirit who proclaims the name Yeshua (Ac16:31) and
Testifies in believers that they have a Father in heaven (Rm8:15-16).
The Christian is he who received the name Yeshua and is born again as His child (Jn1:12, 3:3), and
He is born in a new family which has the name Yeshua as the firstborn (Mt18:19; Eph1:22).
In the Church, that is, the family of the Lord Yeshua,
Those whose broken hearts have been mended by
The Father's love, sacrifice and comfort
Understand and love one another (Jn15:10-12), and fulfill their duties.
They each return to their families of flesh and blood and
Obey their parents, concede to their brothers, and not neglect their children.
For they know that they were all preyed on by the devil, the origin of sin, and thus
They do not expect much from each other.
O Lord,
We have all been hurt by our families.
Now that we have become the family of Yeshua,
Like the adoptive mother who did not give up on her broken child and
Persisted to provide him a family,
Let us patiently understand one another as brothers.
Let us let go of any expectations we had from our families.
Let us go out and seek more lost children to return them to You. Amen.

Confessing the Lord
(Ps51:10-17; Rm10:9-10)
God is the Lord of glory.
Glory comes from Him and returns to Him (Ps96:7), and
He receives glory from those who confess He is Lord and finally saves them.
Faith is acknowledging His attribute and confessing, and
The life of this faith is confessing that Yeshua is one's Lord before men in order to be
acknowledged by Him in the last day (Rev3:5).
All deeds of the Christian, such as
Repentance, worship, praise, thanksgiving, baptism, testimony, and evangelism are
Deeds of acknowledging Yeshua before men (Mt10:32) for
There will come a day when He will acknowledge me before the Father and His angels, as
Even in the world's court, the consequence of either confession or denial is like night and day.
All men will stand before the judgement seat of Christ (Rm14:10) and
Give account to Him (1Pe4:5) since
Their ancestor Adam was deceived by the devil and sinned.
However, the grace given to men was that
They were given the chance to confess their sins and impute them (Ge3:9-14).
The commandments that God gave to the Israelites (Rm7:7-9)
Relentlessly pursued the sinner (Ps139:7-8).
Not understanding this, however, Job insisted on his innocence and thus
The search for his sin continued (Job10:4-7).
David, on the other hand, knew his sins and was contrite, for which
He was forgiven (Ps51:3-17).
The sin offering given in the sanctuary
Set them free from the sins they committed as
They confessed their sins over the scapegoat and the sins were imputed on it, which then was
Sent out into the wilderness to be eaten by Azazel (Lev16:8-10, 20-22).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would become the atoning sacrifice for all men (Jn1:21).
However, because He revealed that He came in the Father's name, Yeshua,
He was persecuted (Jn5:43).
Yet He saved from their sickness
Those risked being put out of the synagogue (Jn9:22) and cried out His name (Mk10:47).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Lowered Himself to the point of death and gave glory to the Father, the Lord (Php2:6-11);
2) Judged Satan who denied the Head (Lord) (Is14:12-15); and
3) Carried the sins of all men and redeemed them (Mt20:28).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne as the Lord of all.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent
Lets believers know that though men killed Yeshua
God raised Him back to life and made Him Lord and Christ (Ac2:36-38).
He lets them confess that He is the sinless Son of God (1Jn2:23),
The Son of Man who came in the flesh to taste death (1Jn4:2-3), and
The resurrected Lord of glory (Rm10:9).
The Christian risks shame and even his life to
Confess before men that Yeshua is his Lord for
He hopes for that day when Yeshua to acknowledge him before the Father and His angels, and
His name will never be blotted out from the book of life (Rev3:5).
When he confesses the sins that he still commits and is contrite about them,
He is forgiven and rescued (1Jn1:8-9), and
He will finally be saved (Rm10:9-10).
O Lord,
Since You remained silent and carried my sins and were eaten by Azazel,
Until my last breath
Let me shout out and confess that Yeshua is Lord! Amen.

Be Zealous For Good Works
(Lk10:25-37; Tit2:14)
God is good.
Everything that comes from Him, the law, His word, is good (Ps119:23; 1Ki8:36), and
He lets those who do good see His face (3Jn1:11).
Faith is acknowledging this and having a clear conscience (He13:18), and
The life of this faith is doing good work for one's neighbors.
In the history of mankind many have done good things such as
Donating their possessions to build schools, orphanages, hospitals etc,
Donating their organs to strangers and
Sacrificing their life to rescue others.
Yet the Bible says no one is good but God (Mk10:18) and
The best of men is like a brier, the most upright worse than a thorn hedge (Mi7:2-4).
For the creation of all things was the good works of God,
The entire mankind have been eating their fruit to this day (Ac14:17).
However, after eating the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil forbidden by God
Adam knew good and evil (Ge3:4-6) and
Treated his wife as a stranger (Ge3:12) whom he once called "the flesh of my flesh" (Ge2:23).
Cain who killed his brother revealed negligence and fear of other men (Ge4:9-10).
The Ten Commandments which God gave to the Israelites consisted of
The commandments regarding God (1-4) and the commandments regarding men (5-10).
If they were to harm their neighbor or their neighbor's property (Ex20:3-17, 21:12-36),
They were to make restitution or face punishment (Ex22:1-15), because of which
The Law caused them to avoid their neighbors.
However, it also commanded them to
Look after the orphans, the widows and the foreigners (Dt10:18-19).
As such, the law is good for it defined good and evil (Rm7:7-19),
Making them realize how difficult it was to keep the commandments and also
How evil they are for they were not even able to do good works.
Standing before the temple where the stone tablets of commandments were,
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19),
Because through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would reveal that He is the good shepherd who came to give His life to mankind (Jn10:11).
While He did the good work of healing the sick in His public life (Jn10:32-33; Ac10:38),
He also exposed the hypocrisy of those who boasted their charity with
A portion of their possessions as the highest good (Mt5:38, 6:2, 19:21-22), for which
They put Him to death.
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Carried the sin of all men and died, and poured out all blood and water, by which He
experienced good and evil with His body testifying that the Father alone is good (Ge3:22; Rm8:3-4);
2) Judged the devil the evil one (Ge3:4; Is14:12-15; 1Jn2:12); and
3) Sprinkled His redeeming blood on all men (Mt20:28; Eph1:7).
He resurrected and ascended to heaven, and sat on the heavenly throne.
To those who believe Him He sent the Holy Spirit,
The clear conscience desiring to live honorably (He13:18).
The man of the Spirit is he who is zealous for good works (Tit2:14)
By showing interest in his neighbors.
By giving the best, the gospel, he raises to life souls first (Is53:5),
Without sparing his possessions he continues to look after them (Lk10:25-37).
Even the thief no longer steals but rather labors to share with those in need (Eph4:28) so that
Through his good works he could bring glory to God (1Pe2:12).
O Lord,
In the past, I was not interested whether others died or starved.
But now, I cannot let my neighbors go to hell,
I cannot ignore their suffering.
Let this clear conscience never go numbed! Amen.

Remember the Lord
(Is46:8-9; Jn14:24-26)
God is love (1Jn4:8).
For those whom He loves He gives Himself (Gal2:20) and
Prepares an eternal dwelling place (Jn14:2).
Faith is being moved by His love and loving Him, and
The life of this faith is thinking of Yeshua and living by remembering His word.
People think about their loved ones the most and
Remember their words the longest and so
Their wills tend to be remembered a long time.
With time, however, they become faint and eventually fade away for
No memory in the human brain can be retained forever.
The Bible is the testament of God given to those whom He loves and
As such it is comprised of the Old Testament and the New Testament.
Israel was called the holy people of God (Dt14:21) for
They were a people with a holy remembrance (Ps97:12).
Their year consisted of an array of feasts which
Reminded them of the fact that the LORD God was their Redeemer (Ps78:35) for
He redeemed them while they were slaves in Egypt (Dt15:15),
Rescued them from the hands of all their enemies on every side (Jdg8:34), and
Let them endure in the wilderness for 40 years (Dt8:2) and
Gave them the ability to produce wealth (Dt8:18, 24:17, 32:7).
In spite of having in their midst the sanctuary where the name Jehovah was and
To remember for generations (Ex3:15, 20:24; 2Ch6:5),
They were destroyed for they served other gods (Is46:8-9) and
Even built monuments for themselves (1Sa15:12; 2Sa18:18).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because
Through the suffering, the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Mt16:21; Jn2:19),
He would let souls remember not the name Jehovah but the Father's name Yeshua (Jn5:43), and
The Father's words, that is, His words (Jn14:24-26).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Died according to the Father's command and enforced His will (Jn10:18; He9:16-17);
2) Judged the devil who caused men to forget the word of God (Ge3:4-6; Jn8:44); and
3) Gave His flesh and blood for the forgiveness of sins to the souls whom He loves
(Mt26:26-28; Lk22:19-20).
The stone, the seal and the soldiers before the grave were all
The efforts for the world to forget Him.
However, Yeshua broke through the grave and resurrected and ascended to heaven.
He eternally bears the marks on His body as the memory of His death (Rev5:6).
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of remembrance who
Bears the suffering of Yeshua as memory and
He lets the souls saved by the blood of Yeshua
Remember the name Yeshua, who in their place
Received suffering, pains, shame, contempt on the cross (Tit2:14).
Furthermore, He reminds them of the words of Yeshua (Jn14:26),
His last outcry from the cross.
The Christian is moved by the love of God (Mt27:46) that
Forgave the sins of all men (Lk23:34; 1Jn4:10) and
Prepared paradise for anyone who seeks to enter (Lk23:43).
To be the soul received by God on that last day (Lk23:46)
He clings onto the Bible which Yeshua guaranteed (Jn19:28),
Loves his brothers and sisters made by the blood of Yeshua (Jn19:26-27) and
Goes to the ends of the earth to make disciples of all nations (Mt28:19-20) so that
They may know the love of God.
O Lord,
Not only do I have the memory of Your suffering by the Holy Spirit but
Because of that memory I am able to project forward into the future when
You will come back to take me to the Father's house!
Let me remember every hour, every minute, every second
Only Yeshua, only the words of Yeshua! Amen.

Refresh the Soul of the Master
(Pr25:13; Rm10:13-15)
God is the Lord of salvation (He2:10).
With His blood He redeems souls and becomes their Owner (Ac20:28) and
He finally saves those who proclaim the beautiful gospel (Ps40:9, 52:7).
Faith is believing that salvation is found in no one else (Ac4:12) and
The life of this faith is becoming a faithful messenger to the One who sent him and refreshing
the soul of the Master.
Good news is like a snow-cooled drink at harvest time and
It is victory news from a battlefield, a family member's return from captivity,
The runaway child returning home,
Those who desperately wait for the news of being found innocent from wrongful convictions.
The Bible is the writing of God's angst as
He waits for the news of deliverance from Hades (Da6:20) for
The ancestor of all men Adam sinned and became slave to the devil (Ge3:4-6).
With the devil all men became locked up in the universe which will become the lake of fire (Mt25:41).
Nevertheless, God's history of saving mankind began with a copy:
To rescue the Israelites from their slavery
God sent His messenger Moses to Egypt (Ex3:14) and
Through the signs he performed God brought the pharaoh to his knees.
The sanctuary reminded them of Moses the messenger of Jehovah and the exodus.
In spite of it, however, they had forgotten God the Savior, because of which
Their defeat continued and finally their fall came (Jer4:19-23).
Yet there was an encouraging prophecy of
God giving One who would bring good news to Jerusalem (Is40:9, 41:27. 61:1).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would reveal that He is the Savior who was
Sent to rescue souls from Hades (Lk1:69, 77, 2:30, 3:6, 4:33).
He showed the signs of His salvation by healing many sick (Mt9:22).
As He died in the midst of those who mocked Him to save Himself and others (Mt27:40),
Yeshua said, "It is finished' (Jn19:30), declaring that:
1) The One who alone could save Him from death is the Father (He5:7);
2) Judged the evil messenger the devil and sent the Father the victory news (Ge3:4-6; Pr25:19);
3) Sprinkled His blood and proclaimed the salvation of mankind (Eph1:7).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne,
Becoming the source of eternal salvation (He5:9; Rev1:5).
The Holy Spirit whom He sent
Sends out those who are saved by believing in the Lord Yeshua (Rm10:13)
As ambassadors of Christ (2Co5:20).
The Christian is a faithful messenger,
A snow-cooled drink who refreshes the soul of their Master (Pr25:13), and
Cold water to the weary soul (Pr25:25).
Without delay he delivers the truth accurately to the ends of the earth,
Regarding the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ (Rm10:9) and
The good news of salvation by believing.
Compelled by the Spirit (Eph6:19-20),
If he does not preach the gospel he feels anguished in his heart (Jer2:9; 1Co9:16) for
He knows the heart of the Father who waits impatiently at the heavenly gates to this day
For His children to return alive (2Sa18:24-33).
O Lord,
Like the nameless mighty warriors who broke through their enemy's lines
To draw water from the well to refresh the heart of their king
Let us risk our lives to fresh the soul of the Lord and become nameless messengers! Amen.

Be Transformed Into the Image of the Lord
(Rm12:1-2; 2Co3:18)
God is holy (Lev11:44).
He dwells in the holy place and
He only relates with those who have become holy (Mk1:24; Jn13:8).
Faith is knowing that one has been cleansed by Him and
The life of this faith is for the day when one must stand before the great white throne (Rev20:11)
being transformed continuously into the image of the Lord (2Co3:18).
Holiness refers to being clean and pure, and set apart, different.
For a man to enter the kingdom of God
It is necessary for him to go through the process of transformation
Like the butterfly does in metamorphosis.
This is because Adam sinned and his spirit changed (Ge3:4):
The living spirit had died (Rm5:12; 1Co15:22) and became
By nature children of wrath (Eph2:3), children of the devil (Jn8:44) and of disobedience.
The process of this change was materialized in the exodus of Israel.
Having put on the blood of the Passover lamb, the Israelites left Egypt
But they had to pass through the Red Sea and the wilderness before entering Canaan for
They needed to change, being humbled and tested (Dt8:2).
While as the pharaoh's servants in Egypt they ate meat, leeks and garlic (Nu11:5),
As servants of God in the wilderness they ate manna and water from rock, for which
All those who grumbled and turned back to Egypt died in the wildness (Nu11:33).
In the tabernacle, it was only after pouring the blood of the sacrifice at the altar and
Washing their hands and feet at the water basin,
The priests could enter the tabernacle and not be killed (Ex30:17-21).
However, such washings were regulations for the body sanctifying only the body,
Not cleansing the changed spirit, thus only imposed until the time of reformation (He9:9-10).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would not in Jehovah's name but in the Father's name Yeshua (Jn5:39)
Wash with the water that cleanses the spirit (He9:14) for
He is the One who came by water and blood (1Jn5:6),
The Word in the beginning that became blood and water (Jn1:1, 14),
The Son of God who came according to the prophecy
To cleanse all men from all their uncleannesses (Eze36:25-27).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Died according to the command and committed His soul to the Father (Lk23:46; Jn10:17-18);
2) Condemned the origin of sin (1Jn3:8); and
3) By the blood and water that flowed from His body (Jn19:34) would sanctify the
spirit of all men once for all (He10:10-14).
His resurrection and ascension testified His holiness (He7:26).
From the throne of the Lamb flows the river of water of life bright as crystal (Rev22:1).
The Holy Spirit came in the name Yeshua
Helps those born again as children of God, born of water and the Spirit (Jn3:3-5)
To be transformed.
The two stages of transformation are:
1) Born-again "” change of essence "” one-time "” by the blood of Yeshua;
2) Sanctification "” change in the form "” continuous "” by the water (the word) of Yeshua.
His blood forgives the sins of the past (Mt26:26-28) and
His flesh, that is, the water, washes the sins of the present.
The Christian is he whose past sins were washed with the blood of Yeshua and
Washes his present sins with the word and
The stains, the wrinkles and the blemish all begin to shed (Eph5:26-27).
By the renewal of the Spirit (Tit3:5), he passes through the church life for
On the day of the Lord's return
He longs to have his lowly body be transformed like His glorious body (Php3:20-21).
O Lord,
Though the purpose of my life has been clearly changed,
My life is still carnal, still worldly"¦the way of sanctification seems still far off.
So once again this sinner weeps and weeps before the basin"¦
Like the caterpillar transforming into the butterfly through the stage of the chrysalis,
Let us all have the blessing to mourn (Mt5:4) and
All become sanctified! Amen.

The Word Spoken By the Lord
(Ex25:20-22; He1:1-4)
God is the God of truth (Ps31:5).
He gives birth to children through the word of truth (Jas1:18) and
Those who live according to the word of truth
He brings to the freedom of the glory of the children of God (Rm8:21).
Faith is believing Him and longing for Him and
The life of this faith is living according to the word of truth and being free.
For the human society is a language society
Depending on whose word one listens to
One can become a man, an animal or a child of God or a slave of the devil.
The Bible is the book of the word spoken by
The One who was the Word in the beginning (Jn1:1), who
Spoke many times in various ways (He1:1-2) and in the last days became flesh (Jn1:14).
While all things are the result of the work done by His word (He1:3),
By the same word they are reserved for fire (2Pe3:7) to which
All men became bound, that is, hell (Mt25:41) because
Their ancestor Adam listened to the word of the devil rather than the word of God (Ge2:17, 3:4-6).
Nonetheless, the exodus of Israel was decided by the word of the LORD
Spoken through the word of Moses (Ex3:13-14, 4:10-12).
While the Law was the word of the LORD who spoke out of the fire on Mount Horeb (Dt4:10-15),
The Ten Commandments were written on the two stone tablets by the angels (Ac7:53),
Delivered by the angels (Ac7:35).
The tablets were kept inside the ark of testimony of the Most Holy Place
In the Most Holy Place of the sanctuary was
The ark of the testimony and above it was the atonement cover and
It was from there between the two cherubim God spoke to the Israelites (Ex25:20-22), that is,
The message spoken through the angels (He2:2).
To those who were weary and burdened by the Law and the Pharisaic Law where
Breaking even one point would be guilty of breaking all (Jas2:10),
Yeshua said, "my yoke is easy and my burden is light" (Mt11:28-30) for
When the temple is destroyed He would raise it back in three days,
Referring to the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-20).
He would do this not in the name Jehovah through the message spoken by angels
But in the name Yeshua spoken through the Son (Mt17:5),
The word heard from the Father, the truth (Jn8:40, 17:17).
Those who know the truth would be set free (Jn8:32) and
In the last day the words that He spoke will judge (Jn12:48) and that
His words will never pass away (Mt24:35).
As He died, Yeshua said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Demonstrated that the Father's word is truth (Jn10:18, 17:17);
2) Judged the father of lies the devil (Ge3:4-6; Jn8:44; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Through His redemption delivered all men from their slavery under the devil (He2:14-15).
He resurrected and ascended to heaven and
Became the eternally freed.
The Spirit of truth who comes out from the Father (Jn15:26-27)
Reminds the believers the word of Yeshua and lets them testify (M28:19-20; Jn16:13).
The gospel is:
The coming of the Son of God in the flesh (Mt4:17);
The work that the Son of God Himself did in the flesh (1Pe2:24); and
Justified by faith in Jesus Christ for
The believer is delivered from
The law of condemnation, from the price of sin, from the slavery under the devil (Rm8:1-2).
The truth, on the other hand, is Yeshua Himself, the word of Yeshua (Jn8:40, 14:6).
He who truly knows the truth is
Not someone who believes the gospel and is set free to live a life of debauchery (Rm13:13).
But rather, he comes under Christ's law (1Co9:21) and
Freely keeps the law of liberty (Jas1:25, 2:12).
Therefore, he willingly gathers, prays, obeys, and preaches
For him who loves the Lord, His commandments are not burdensome (1Jn5:3).
O Lord,
Let us all know the truth.
If we heard the gospel and have been delivered,
Let us now know the truth so it brings us to freedom.
Whether we are in body or out of body
Let us break off all that binds us.
Let us become truly freed that nothing can stop us! Amen.

The Will of the Lord
(Jn6:38-40; Eph5:16-17)
God has a will.
He made all things according to His will (Rev4:11) and
His will never changes (Job23:13; He6:17).
He lets those who do His will enter His kingdom (Mt7:21).
Faith is understanding the will of the Lord and
The life of this faith is doing His will.
The human culture and civilization are the result of man's will.
Everyone, whether a student, a businessman, a politician or a scientist, has his own will.
If understanding the will of a man of high position is important,
How much more important would it be to understand the will of God?
It determines whether one will enter eternal life or eternal condemnation (Mt25:46).
However, Adam the living being misunderstood the will of God and
Ate the forbidden fruit (Ge3:4-6), because of which
All men became hell-bound with the devil (Mt25:41).
The Bible illustrates the will of the Lord, starting with
The creation of the world as purposed and designed by God in the beginning (Ge1:1; Rm1:19-20),
As recent discoveries in DNA analysis also provide scientific evidence for
Intelligent design that created life, not a random, natural process.
God commanded the descendants of Israel to keep
The Passover ceremony to remember how they left Egypt by signs and wonders (Ex12:26-27), and
The decrees and laws received through Moses (Dt6:20-24)
In order to live for God is life, longevity (Lev18:5; Dt4:40, 30:19-20).
Accordingly, the cities of refuge built for those who killed unintentionally (Nu35:6-34),
The atoning sacrifice that sinners gave,
The sanctuary where the blood of sacrifice was always present were
All mechanisms by which they extended their breath.
Misunderstanding this, however,
Job insisted on his righteousness and suffered greatly as a result (Job10:6-8).
Yeshua came and said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-22),
He would give not longevity but eternal life to all who believe Him (Jn3:16, 10:28) for
He is the incarnate Word who was with the Father in the beginning,
The one and only Son (Jn1:1, 14, 18) and
He only did according to the will of the Father who sent Him (Jn6:38-40).
As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Died according to the will of the Father who made all things for the Son,
by obeying His command (Jn10:17-8, 12:50; He1:2);
2) Judged the thief devil (Jn10:8); and
3) Gave the redeeming blood and gave life to all men (Mt20:28).
He rose and revealed that He is life (2Ti1:10) and
Sat on the heavenly throne.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent lets believers know the will of the Lord:
To give eternal life to those who look to the Son and believe and
To lose not even one of those given.
The man of the Spirit sows
Not for the flesh to reap destruction
But for the Spirit to reap eternal life (Gal6:8).
Therefore, not wasting his life on the day called, "this day" (Eph5:15-16; Jas4:13-15),
According to the will of the Lord
He makes effort to raise all those given to him for he has the lasting power of life.
O Lord,
If combat medics make effort to save even their enemies,
Then, make us evangelists who at the last day
Raise up the souls of even our enemies! Amen.
