For the Prize of the Upward Call
(Php3:1-16)
Our God is on high (Job31:28).
He is seated on the throne (Rev22:1),
He is in the heaven above heavens (2Ch6:21), and
He possesses the surpassing knowledge, the truth.
Faith is believing and adoring Him, and
The life of this faith is pressing on for the prize of the upward call.
When one acknowledges "the one above, he knows himself as "the lowly ”
Thus only natural to say, "What do I know? Just say the word."
Adam, the ancestor of mankind, sinned (Ge3:4-6) because
He was deceived by the devil, the corrupted angel who
Attempted to ascend to heaven, above the stars of God,
To sit on the mount of assembly in the far reaches of the north
But was cast down to Sheol (Is14:12-15) ” that is,
Beneath the highest heaven, the expanse, the universe (Ge1:6, 18; Pr15:24; Is14:9).
Nevertheless, God began His work of calling out from Sheol by
Rewarding those who respond to His calling.
While Adam hid after he sinned, when God called he responded and was
Clothed in the garment of skin (Ge3:9-10, 21).
When Abraham heard God's calling, he responded and received
The promise of many descendants and the land of Canaan (Ge22:17-18).
Furthermore, God led the Israelites to worship Him
On the mount where Moses was called (Ex3:4, 12).
The sanctuary where the name of Jehovah was
Reminded them that they were the people of God called out from Egypt (Is43:1).
Yeshua appeared and said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days" (Jn2:19),
Because through the death and the resurrection of temple of His body,
He would give a new reward of the kingdom of heaven to
Those who are born above (Jn3:3-6) for
He is from above while men are from below (Jn8:23) and
He is the incarnate Word who came by water and blood (Jn1:1, 14; 1Jn5:5-8)
As He died, He said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Revealed that the Father alone is eternally above (Php2:6-11);
2) By dying like the lowly condemned the devil who attempted to ascend above (1Jn3:8); and
3) By redeeming the sins of men made a way for them to receive the upward call and ascend above (Mt20:28).
The Father raised Him up and
Yeshua was taken up into heaven (Ac1:11).
From there the Holy Spirit came to
Those who received the name Yeshua and
Lets them know that Yeshua and His word are the Truth and
Also that they are lowly.
The man of the Spirit puts effort to
Destroy any argument, knowledge or thought that
Sets itself up against the knowledge of God (2Co10:3-5) for
He believes in the promised prize of the upward call from
The Lord Yeshua when He returns and
Longs to finally be taken up into the heaven above.
O Lord,
Since we will have to leave everything behind one day,
Let us not live just looking downward but
Look upward! Amen.

Toward the Goal
(Php3:7-15)
God is everlasting (Ge21:33).
He is from everlasting to everlasting (Neh9:5).
He eternally enjoys the life that is joyful, happy and glorious.
Faith is believing Him and adoring Him, and
The life of this faith is pressing on toward the goal of the first resurrection to enter eternal life.
Every government, business, family or even individual
Sets a goal in the New Year.
Even if they do not reach the goal they established
They do not despair much because they vaguely look forward to the next year.
The do-or-die goal of the Christian, however, is
To resurrect with Christ at all costs for
He must enter eternal life with Christ.
After Adam sinned (Ge2:17, 3:6),
The Garden was shielded by a flaming sword and thus
All men lost their way to the tree of life (Ge3:22-24),
As seen in the wandering life of Cain after his sinned (Ge4:14).
God sent Moses and brought the Israelites out of Egypt.
Since they left toward Mount Horeb with the goal of reaching the Promised Land (Ex3:12, 6:8),
The pillars of clouds and fire, and the Ark became their mark (Ex13:21; Jos3:6).
As such, even in Canaan, they lived around and toward the Temple (1Ki8:30; Ps84:1) for
They longed to live many years in the land that was to be inherited for generations (Dt30:20).
However, Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19),
because Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would show a new goal for all men, that is to resurrect like Him, and enter eternal life for
He is the resurrection and the life (Jn11:25).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Fulfilled the Father's will of giving eternal life after resurrection (Jn10:17-18);
2) Condemned the devil while caused man to be cut off from the path to the tree of life and become lost (1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood gave life to the souls of men and made a way to eternal life (Jn14:6; 1Pe1:23).
He resurrected and ascended to the heavenly throne where
He eternally enjoys the life that is joyful, happy and glorious.
The Holy Spirit comes in the name Yeshua and
Testifies His resurrection and ascension to the throne.
He lets believers know the purpose and the goal of their life:
The purpose of man's life is eternal life and
The goal of his life is the first resurrection on the day the Lord returns (1Co15:20-24; Rev20:4-15).
The man of the Spirit is he who
From the moment he awakes to the moment he falls asleep,
From the beginning of the year to the end to the year
Presses on the goal of the first resurrection (Php3:7-15),
Shaking off the past and
All stumbling blocks, such as double-mindedness, laziness, and pride.
O Lord,
How my life has been spent on being lost!
Though I learned of this clear purpose and goal of life
Numerously I fell into a slump.
But in the New Year I am bouncing back up again to run.
Lord, help me to press on toward the goal! Amen.

Straining Toward What is Ahead
(Php3:10-16)
God is the beginning (Jn1:2).
He is the beginning of time and
The beginning of creation (Col1:17).
Faith is seeing the end through the beginning, and
The life of this faith is forgetting is what is behind and straining toward what is ahead and pressing on.
While man lives in the present moment,
It is only an extension of the past
Thus what he knows is only the past and can never know what lies ahead.
Many are restless because of their past and
As such the misery of man is lacking the power to be set free from it.
The phrase, "in the beginning, appears twice in the Bible:
In Genesis 1:1 which refers to the beginning of all things, and
In John 1:1 which refers to the eternal "time of God that is before all things, before time.
The time that began with the light became past
As it became night and day and days began to to add up (Ge1:4-5).
Nevertheless, God finished His work of creation in six days (Ge2:2-3) and
On the seventh day He entered His eternal rest without any regret.
Although after he sinned, Adam made covering for himself out of fig leaves and
Hid among the trees of the Garden (Ge3:7-10, 21),
When he confessed his sin God clothed him in garment of skin, showing
How He would later cover man's past.
When Cain pleaded to God to save him and
Shake off the blood cry of his brother after killing him,
God gave him a mark of salvation (Ge4:8-10).
Following God's instruction to leave his country and his father's household to
Go to the land God showed him and crossed the river,
Abraham became the father of the Hebrews, the father of faith (Ge12:1).
Lot's wife, however, turned back to Sodom that was being covered by brimstone fire and
Became a pillar of salt (Ge19:24-26).
After burying their slavery of 430 years in the Red Sea and following the pillar of fire
All the Israelites fell in the desert and died without entering Canaan for
They looked back to Egypt.
However, the sacrifice they gave every year in the sanctuary
Reminded them of sin (He10:3), and
The Law was the law that bound them to the past (Jn8:3).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would put an end to time by ending His flesh (He1:2) and
Release men who were bound to the past
Because of the sins they committed while in their flesh (Mt20:28) for
He is the God who was before time coming in the flesh, in time (Jn1:1-2, 14).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Put an end to the time that began by the Father (Is44:6l He1:1-2);
2) Eternally condemned the devil who cannot forget what is behind for he has no flesh (1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood buried the sins of men in the past (Col2:12-14).
The Father raised Him up and
Jesus ascended to the heavenly throne.
The Spirit of truth (Jn14:17, 14:26, 16:13) to those who
Believe in the name Yeshua and have been set from their past (Jn8:32).
He lets them have an eternal new beginning (Is43:18; Rm8:1-2).
Therefore the man of the Spirit puts every effort to
Forget what is behind and staring toward what is ahead through:
1) Baptism ” from the slavery to the devil (Rm6:6; 2Pe2:19);
2) Repentance ” from the consciousness of sin (1Jn1:9); and
3) Prayer ” from problems (Jn5:5, 9:1, 7)
Until the day he finally enters the eternal rest (He4:1, 11).
O Lord!
Is there any other gospel to
Those anxious, despaired and pitiful because of their past, such as us?
Let us all bury last year into the past and
Look forward to the New Year.
Let us strain toward what is ahead and
When You return let us all enter the eternal rest where there is no time!
Amen.

Before the Judgment Seat of Christ
(2Ch5:8-10)
God is the God of justice (Is30:18).
He judges with His righteousness (Ps35:24), and
He rewards fairly (Mt25:14-30).
Faith is acknowledging Him, and
The life of this faith is putting effort to do good for the day one stands before His judgment seat.
Ever man shrinks before a judgment seat because:
1) He is overpowered by its authority;
2) He fears that the truth would be unveiled; and
3) His fate would be determined by the result.
Whether men know or not, whether they believe or not,
In the end of the world the dead will be judged according to their deeds (Rev20:11-15) for
Their ancestor Adam disobeyed the word of God that forbid him to eat the fruit (Ge2:17, 3:6), and
Sinned, causing the spirit of all men to die in him (Rm5:12; 1Co15:22).
God showed the history of mankind an example of
Sin surely resulting in judgment: the deluge in Noah's time (Ge6:11-13).
Noah, however, obeyed God's word and built an ark. and thus was legitimately saved (He11:7).
The Law was the righteousness of God revealed to Israel from Mount Sinai, and
It led men to confess that there is nothing good in them but
Sin that leads them to do evil (Rm7:13, 17-20).
While the stone tablets inside the testimony of the sanctuary (Ex25:16)
Reminded them to tremble before the Law for generations,
The high priest put on the breastplate of judgment entering the Most Holy Place for
The Lord to remember and atone the sins of all 12 tribes of Israel (Ex28:15-21).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would tear down the Law, the high priest, and even the stone tablets (He10:9), and
He Himself would become the eternal High Priest and His word the judge (Jn12:48; He7:21, 9:24), for
He is the righteousness who came from the Father (Jn1:1, 14; 1Jn2:1).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Obeyed the command of the Father and revealed that He is the God of justice who surely judges sin (Ge2:17; Jn10:18);
2) Judged the devil, the origin of sin, the prince of the world (Jn12:31; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Received punishment in place of all men so that they might become righteousness in Him (2Co5:21).
The Father raised Him and
Sat on Him on the heavenly throne, the judgment seat of Christ.
The Holy Spirit came to those who believe in the name Yeshua and
Lets them know that His word is the law, the judge (Jn12:48) and
At the end of the world all dead will stand before Him for
He Himself received in His body
The judgment according to the writing regarding good and evil (2Co5:8-10).
Therefore, the man of the Spirit is he who
In order to be judged as the living when He returns
Puts every effort to do good while in his body (Ge3:22; Mt19:16-21; Lk18:18-22),
By always preaching, enduring suffering,
Being self-controlled, rebuking and encouraging others with great patience, and
Fulfilling his duty according to the gift he received (2Ti4:1-8; 1Pe4:7-11).
O Lord,
This year has already passed like lightening.
In the very near future I will have to stand before the great white throne¦
Let me all the more become thirsty for righteousness and be filled with righteousness (Mt5:6), so
My name would be embraced and taken to the Most Holy Place by the Lord! Amen.

Immanuel
(Mt1:18-25)
God is true love (1Jn4:8).
True love comes from Him, and
He is happy with dwelling with those whom He loves.
Faith is knowing His love and receiving it, and
The life of this faith is being happy with His love and doing all things by His love.
While across all times and cultures, people have sung of love and defined it accordingly,
Love is universally longing to be together forever.
Yet the misery of man is that love easily changes and
Ultimately he must part his way with his beloved for his love is not eternal.
Nevertheless, to make man the object of His eternal live,
God made man in His image, breathed into Him the breath of life and
Made him a living being (Ge1:26, 2:7).
Though God banished Adam from the Garden after he sinned and
Put a flaming sword around it (Ge3:24) because
It was separation made by the devil (diabolos, the separator) (Rev12:7),
He clothed Adam in a garment of skin as a sign that He would later cover his shame (Ge3:21).
After receiving a son, the old man Abraham rejoiced (Ge21:6) because of
God's promise of being with his offspring when the time would come (Ge18:10).
Similarly, holding firmly to the sign of the covenant that God would be with him (Ex3:21, 4:17),
Moses went into Egypt and took the Israelites by the hand and led them out (He8:9).
As the testimony of the first covenant that God made with them
He commanded them to build the sanctuary where
The name Jehovah was and they were to camp around it (Ex25:8; Nu2:2; 2Ch2:4, 6:5).
In the meantime, there was the prophecy regarding
A virgin giving birth to a son who would be named Immanuel, "God with men (Is7:14) ” for
He would betroth men to Him forever (Hos2:19).
According to the Law and the Prophets the Son of God appeared (Mt11:11-12), and
Said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would tear down the name Jehovah and
In the name Yeshua be Immanuel, "God with us (Mt1:23).
He is the incarnate Word who was with the Father in the beginning (Jn1:1-2, 18),
Born of a woman (Ge3:15; Lk1:35),
He was made in human likeness (Php2:6-8) for
In man is death (He2:9-11).
Though men urged Him to dwell in a tent or a palace (Mt17:4-5), He willingly chose death.
But as He died, He said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that:
1) He laid down His life to show the Father's true love for men and His longing to dwell with them forever (Mt27:46; Jn10:17-18; 1Jn4:10);
2) Destroyed the separator the devil (1Jn3:8); and
3) Tore His flesh to cloth men in righteousness, in justice, in steadfast love and in mercy (Hos2:19; Mt22:12; He10:20).
The Father raised Him up from the grave and
Ascended Him to heaven, the kingdom of His beloved Son (Col1:13).
The Holy Spirit comes in the name Yeshua to the souls of those who believe and
Dwells with them forever (Jn14:16, 26).
He lets them be happy with Immanuel, the name Yeshua.
The Christian is he who is
Regardless of his circumstance happy with the name Yeshua, and
Therefore worships, gives offerings, prays and preaches with love (Lk7:47)
Until he can go before Yeshua in the heavenly dwelling place to be with Him forever (Rev21:3).
O Lord,
Thank You for clothing such a lowly life like me
In righteousness, in justice, in steadfast love and in mercy so that
I may confidently go before God!
The name Yeshua is my only treasure!
I am completely happy with Immanuel! Amen.

Prepare and Be Ready
(Mt24:36-44)
God prepares in advance (Ge22:8; Eph2:10).
Because He is omniscient He knows in advance and
Because He is omnipotent He prepares in advance.
Faith is believing Him and waiting for Him, and
The life of this faith is eating the food He prepared and preparing to be ready to enter the place He prepared.
Whether a nation or a company,
If it predicts, calculates and prepares for any situation, it can survive.
Similarly, whether a family or an individual,
If they can plan in advance and prepare, they can be successful.
God revealed His attribute since the beginning (Ps74:16, 147:8) as
He prepared the sun for the earth,
For the vegetation the earth, and for man the vegetation.
For Adam God made the Garden of Eden (Ge2:8).
However, deceived by the serpent,
Adam ate the forbidden fruit and was banished from the Garden.
Yet God clothed him in the garment of skin (Ge3:21),
A sign for how He would prepare for all mankind in the future.
Before the Israelites entered Egypt
God called down famine on the land and destroyed all their supplies of food (Ps105:16-17);
Before the famine, God sent ahead one man and
Let him prepare food through the seven years of great crops (Ge41:57); and
Before they left for Egypt God spread a table for them (Ps78:23-25).
To remind them this for generations,
God commanded them to build the sanctuary where the name Jehovah was, and
Later the Temple of Jerusalem was built on Moriah where
God provided for Himself (Ge22:13-14; 2Ch3:1).
Yeshua said, "Destroy the temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would reveal that, according to the prophecy (Mal3:1)
He is the Lamb of God whom God Himself prepared before the creation (Jn1:29; 1Pe1:19-20), for
He is the incarnate Word who was with the Father in then beginning (Jn1:1, 18).
He promised that He would
Prepare a place for those who believe and follow Him - the Father's house (Jn14:1-6).
As He died, Yeshua said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Laid down His life according to the Father's command, fulfilling His plan since the beginning (Jn10:17-18);
2) Condemned the devil the divider (1Jn3:8); and
3) Tore His flesh and shed His blood, making a way for men to follow Him to the Father's house (He10:19-20).
The Father raised Him from the dead and
Yeshua ascended to the heavenly throne prepared for Him in the beginning (He1:2).
The Holy Spirit comes to believers in the name Yeshua and
Lets them know that He went ahead to prepare a place in the Father's house (Jn14:2), and
Thus urges them to prepare and be ready to enter there.
The man of the Spirit senses that
The return of the Son of Man who will take him is nearing (Mt24:3-14; 1Th5:1-3; 2Pe3:10-12).
Therefore, he puts every effort to
Lay all his time, treasure and talent in heaven for
He longs to finally see the Lord and enter the Father's house.
O Lord,
This age is like that of Noah (Mt24:37-39),
Eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, giving birth,
Selling and buying, tearing down and building...
Let us all hear Your footsteps through the signs of this age.
Let us prepare diligently (Mt25:10) so that
Not one of us would be left behind but all enter that place You prepared (Mt24:40)!
Amen.

Yeshua is My Lord
(1Pe3:13-22)
God is the Lord of salvation (Ps27:1; He2:10).
Salvation comes from Him (Ps37:29; Jnh2:9), and
He leads to salvation.
Faith is acknowledging this and receiving Him as one's Lord of salvation, and
The life of this faith is about following Him to death until the end.
A servant's destiny is determined by what kind of master he has,
As a train's destination is determined by which engine it is connected to.
The Bible demonstrates that
Men have a choice today whom they will follow ” Yeshua or the devil ”
Because all men were deceived by the devil and sinned,
Consequently becoming his slave to follow him to hell (Mt25:41),
As a slave has no right to choose.
When God sent Moses to Egypt to
Deliver the Israelites from their slavery of 430 years (Ex12:40),
They left half-forced because of which
They constantly complained and resented as they followed the pillar of fire in the desert (Ex13:21) for
It was not by their choice but by circumstances that
They became the servants of Jehovah (Ex3:14).
To remind them of this for generations,
In the desert God commanded them to build the sanctuary where
The name Jehovah, the the Testimony (Ex25:21) was, inside of which were
The stone tablets of the Law, the spirit of servant (Rm8:15).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would save men from the law of sin and death,
From the slavery under the devil (Jn12:31, 47; Rm8:2), for
He came with the name Yeshua (Mt1:21).
As He died, He said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1.
Willingly laid down His life because salvation comes from the Father who alone could save Him (Jn10:17; He5:9);
2.
Condemned the devil who enslaved men with lies (Ge3:4; He2:14-15); and
3.
Tore His flesh tearing the written code and gave a choice to men (Col2:14; He10:20).
The Father raised Him and seated Him on the heavenly throne, and
Yeshua became the head, the Lord of salvation.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent comes in the name Yeshua
To those who chose Yeshua as their Lord and were baptized in Him name (Ac16:30-31; Rm6:3-8).
He lets them know that they have now become united with Him.
The Christian is he who
Willingly chose Yeshua as his Lord and
Has become His free slave (Ex21:2-6; 1Co7:22).
Therefore, he is no longer a slave to sin (Rm6:6-8, 14) and
Without complaint or resentment
Follows the Lord wherever He goes (1Pe3:21) for
He longs to be led to salvation, to the Father's house
When the Lord returns (Jn14:2-4; He9:28).
O Lord,
Yeshua is my Lord!
This is my choice.
Let me never utter a word of complaint.
Instead, let me follow You wherever You go ”
Whether that is a slum, a village for the lepers, a place of persecution or even of death¦
Lord, let me follow You all the way to the Father's house! Amen.

Being With the Lord
(Ps84:1-4; Lk22:28-34)
God is the Lord (the Head).
All things come from Him and return to Him (Rm11:36), and
He eternally dwells with those who are with Him always (Lk22:28-34).
Faith is longing to be with the Lord (2Co5:8), and
The life of this faith is being with the Lord wherever He goes, even to persecution and trial.
Depending on "with whom, "where is not much of an issue as
The child who is with his mother is happy and feels secure wherever he is.
All men departed from God and
Became slaves of the devil to go to hell with him (Mt25:41; 2Pe2:19), for
Their ancestor, Adam, was deceived by the devil and sinned (Ge2:17, 3:4-6).
Once the Israelites were delivered from their slavery,
They believed that that the God of their ancestors was always with them (Ge28:15-20):
They saw countless miracles through the rod of Moses (Ex3:12, 4:12-15),
The pillars of fire and clouds (Ex13:21), and
The ark after crossing the Jordan (Jos3:15-17; 1Sa4:11, 6:19).
For the temple was where the name of their Lord God, Jehovah, was (2Ch6:5)
They loved it and longed for it greatly (Ps42:4, 84:1-10).
However, Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would be with man forever for
He was the Word when He was with God (Jn1:1) and the Son when with man (Jn1:14) as
His name Yeshua means "Immanuel (Mt1:21-22).
During His public life, He called disciples to be with Him (Mk3:13-14), and
Spoke to them about His departure (Jn16:7) for
Only when the Counselor comes He would be with them forever (Jn14:16).
As He was abandoned by all disciples and died alone,
He said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Did the work that pleases the Father and became one with Him (Jn8:29, 10:17; 1Co15:28);
2) Judged the devil, the separator (Ge3:4-6; 1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood redeemed the souls of men from the hands of the devil (Eph1:7).
He resurrected and sat on the heavenly throne,
Finally becoming one with the Father (Jn10:30, 14:20; Rev22:3).
The Holy Spirit comes in the name Yeshua
To the souls and the church purchased with His blood (Ac20:28), and
Lets them know that they have become inseparable from the Lord.
The man of the Spirit is he who
Prefers to be with church
Even if he is isolated from the world and even his own family, for
He prefers to be away from him body and be with the Lord (2Co5:8),
Longing to be with the Lord forever
When He returns to the air (1Th4:17).
O Lord,
I so long for the New Jerusalem where I can be with You forever!
I and confident to say that I desire to be away from my body and
Be with You! Amen.

Yeshua the Name for Thanksgiving
(Ps100:4-5, 142:7; 1Th5:28)
God is the Lord of grace.
Grace comes from Him, and
He gives grace in His name.
Faith is knowing Him and receiving His grace, and
The life of this faith is giving thanks for His name while being alive in the world.
While everyone says, "thanks,
They say it without truly knowing to whom or for what.
Consequently, their thanks ends up changing to resentment and complaint.
While he enjoyed everything abundantly in the Garden of Eden, not knowing thanksgiving,
Once deceived by the devil and taking the forbidden fruit,
Adam sinned and lost everything (Ge2:17, 3:6, 16-19, 24).
When God delivered the people of Israel from their slavery in Egypt and
Led them into the land of Canaan (Ex34:12),
He let them miraculously survive the desert.
But all those who resented and complained against Him died in the desert (1Co10:10).
Nevertheless, all feasts of Israel were to commemorate this and
Give thanks to the name Jehovah:
The Passover was remembering how the blood of the lamb death passed over them (Ex12:13);
The Feast of Unleavened Bread was remembering how God gave them food in the desert (Ex34:18);
The Feast of Tabernacles was remembering how the sun did not harm them by day nor the moon by night (Lev23:34, 42; Ps121);
The Feast of Weeks was giving their firstfruits in the Promised Land (Ex34:12, 22); and
The Feast of Ingathering was giving the stored firstfruits at the turn of the year (Ex34:22).
The sanctuary was the copies for the exodus and the feasts of Israel (Ex13:10; He9:23):
The blood of sacrifice on the altar of burnt offering ” the Passover;
The bronze basin ” passing through the Red Sea;
The showbread ” the Feast of the Unleavened Bread;
The lampstand ” the pillars of fire and clouds ” the Feast of Tabernacles;
The table of showbread ” the Feast of Weeks; and
The Most Holy Place ” the Feats of Ingathering.
They were to give thanks to the Lord with fellowship offering (Lev7:11-14).
When the time had come,
The Son of God came to the world in the name Yeshua ” salvation from sin and death (Mt1:21).
He said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would fulfill the fellowship offering of thanksgiving for all the feasts of the Old Testament (He10:9).
As He died, Yeshua said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Willingly gave His life and thanks for the name of the Father who would
bring His soul out of prison (Ps69:29-30, 142:7; Jnh2:9; Jn17:11; He5:7);
2) Condemned the devil the ungrateful one (Eze28:12-14; Is14:12-15; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Died in place of all men, paying the price of their sin and shed His redeeming blood for them (Mt20:28).
The Father raised Him up and
Seated Him on the throne of grace (He4:15).
The Spirit of Grace testifies the name Yeshua (He10:29) and
Lets believers give thanks from their souls for His name.
The Christian is he who
From the moment he receives the name Yeshua to the moment of his death
Begins with thanksgiving and ends with thanksgiving (1Th5:18) for
By His name he was led out of sin, death, the devil and hell, and
Has received daily bread, protection, many gifts and answers to prayer,
As he long to enter in that day
The heavenly gates with thanksgiving and praising the name Yeshua (Ps100:4-5).
O Lord,
As I look back this past year
I can only give thanks for the name Yeshua because
By possessing this one name, I possess everything.
Yeshua, thanksgiving!
I give thanks to You for the name Yeshua! Amen.

The Work of the Name Yeshua
(Mt1:21-25)
Our God is He who works (Ps104:24).
He works for Himself, for the honor of His name (Ge22:8), and
He gladly works for Himself even if there is suffering or sacrifice to be made.
Faith is acknowledging this and making His work one's own, and
The life of this faith is following God's schedule and doing His work with Him.
While in some cultures the idea of work may be frowned upon,
Its value depends on whose work it is and in whose name it is.
How glorious, then, would it be to work for the glorious God?
For the creation of the world is the work of God's hands (Ps19:1), which
Reveals His eternal power and divine nature (Rm1:20),
God saw that it was good for He was satisfied with the result of His work (Ge1).
Though Adam lived in the Garden of Eden without doing any work,
When he was deceived by the devil and sinned, taking the forbidden fruit (Ge2:17, 3:4),
God banished him from there to return to the ground from which he was taken to
Eat only through painful toil, by the sweat of his brow (Ge3:17-19).
Once he learned of the name of the Lord God (Ex3:13-14),
Moses began to do the work in the name Jehovah ”
Delivering the chosen people of God, a kingdom of priests (Ex19:6; Dt7:6)
The temple was built for the name to be there (1Ki8:16), and
It was where the priests worked for the name.
Rather than considering it an honor, however,
Overtime they became corrupted and resented doing the work (Mal1:6-10).
Yet there was a prophecy which said that
God would do a new work to honor His name (Is43:19-21).
Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would do a new work by saving His people from their sins (Mt1:21),
For He came with the name Yeshua (Mt1:21), the Father's name (Jn17:11).
As such, He followed the Father's schedule to do His work (Jn4:34, 5:17, 6:27-29).
As He died, Yeshua said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Willingly laid down His life and completed the Father's work from the beginning,
honoring His name (Ge22:8; Jn10:17-18; Php2:6-11);
2) Condemned the devil who attempted to steal the throne without any work (Is14:12-15; 1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood redeemed the sins of all men in Adam (Mt20:28; Eph1:7, 12).
The Father raised Him up from the grave, the result of His work, and
He was given the name above all names Yeshua (Php2:9-11).
The Holy Spirit who was sent in His name (Jn14:26)
Comes to those who believe (Jn1:12) and
Lets them do the work of the name of the Father, Yeshua.
The Christian is he who
Considers it the greatest honor do the work of His name through
Worship, praise, prayer, preaching, service and building up His church (Eph4:11-12).
Therefore, he surrenders his schedule to
Make the name Yeshua his own schedule (Lk1:28),
Willingly and gladly following Him wherever He goes.
O Lord,
What an honor it is to know Your glorious name Yeshua and
Do the glorious work of Your name Yeshua!
Let us no longer follow the schedule for dead work but rather
Let us follow the schedule of the name Yeshua for living work! Amen.

Yeshua the Name of Salvation
(Ps54:1; Mt1:21)
God is the God of salvation (Ps68:20).
Salvation in Him alone (Is43:11), and
He saves for the glory of His name (Ps79:9, 106:8).
Faith is longing to be saved by the name Yeshua, and
The life of this faith is clinging to the name Yeshua until arriving in salvation (He9:28).
The Bible is the story of God saving in His name (Is54:1)
Mankind from Hades that will becoming the eternal fire (Mt25:41; 2Pe3:7).
Jehovah, the name of God in the Old Testament, refers to the Savior (IEx15:2; Is43:3, 11) for
He saved Noah and his family from the great deluge (He11:7),
Lot and his family from the brimstone fire (Ge15:2),
Israel from the death of every firstborn, the Red Sea, the hands of their enemies, suffering,
Calamities and distresses etc (Ex12:27, 14:13; Nu10:9; 1Sa10:19).
As such, they were all physical, material salvation.
In spite of the fact that they saw countless times the salvation of God
Through those whom God appointed as their saviors, such as
Moses, Joshua, the judges and the kings (Dt33:29),
They forgot God when they were in distress (Ps106:21).
Nevertheless, when they returned to the Temple where
The name of the Lord God was and cried out to Him
He saved them (2Ch20:9; Joel2:32).
Thus the Temple was the rock of their salvation.
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would tear down the name Jehovah, the physical, material salvation and
Let men believe in the name Yeshua that saves eternally souls from hell (Jn3:17-18).
As such, He performed many miracles as signs of salvation (Jn2:23).
Though they wanted to make Him the king of their present world, He refused (Mt12:39; Jn6:15).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that:
1) The Father alone can save Him from death (He5:7);
2) Judged the devil, the origin of sin (1Jn3:8); and
3) Redeemed the sins of men and made a way to their salvation (Eph1:7; He10:20).
He rose and ascended to heaven, becoming the source of eternal salvation (He5:9).
The Holy Spirit whom He sent testifies that
There is no other name by which men can be saved but the name Yeshua (Ac4:12), and
Lets those who have been redeemed by His blood (Eph1:7)
Grow in their salvation (Php2:12; 2Th2:13; 1Pe2:2), for
While the Son of Man redeemed (Tit2:14)
Those who believe Him must work to arrive in the salvation of their souls (1Pe1:9).
The material salvation of Judaism, liberal theology, the "prosperity gospel etc
Puts to shame the death of Yeshua and
Brings insult to the name Yeshua.
The man of the Spirit is he who
Knows that the salvation of his soul is the greatest thing (He2:3),
The most pressing work (He10:39).
Therefore, he puts every effort to ultimately save his own soul and all souls given to him,
Giving glory to the name Yeshua.
By repenting, being baptized, gathering, praying, speaking in new tongues, laying hands, healing,
Preaching all in His name (Mt18:20, 28:29; Mk16:17; Lk24:48; Ac9:15),
He clings onto the name Yeshua as the rope of salvation.
O Lord,
Until we escape this burning universe,
Let not even one of us ignore such a great salvation (He2:3),
Let us cling onto this rope of salvation, the name Yeshua!
Let us save our own souls and all the souls given to us in that day. Amen.

Yeshua the Name of Life
(Jn20:30-31)
God is the God of everlasting life.
In Him is life (Jn1:4) and
The Word, the Son, and the Name that comes from Him are all life (Jn1:1, 14, 20:31).
Faith is receiving life through His name, and
The life of this faith is calling His name and sharing His life.
Life is the most important thing, the most precious thing.
When one has it it does not seem so important
Though when one loses it he loses everything.
While name is a method to distinguish oneself from others,
It also carries one's distinctive characteristics and desires.
The characters that appear in the Bible lived according to the meaning of their names:
Adam ("living being), Abram ("exalted father), Abraham ("father of many nations),
Isaac ("laughter), Esau ("hairy), Jacob ("grasps the heel),
Israel ("struggles with God), Moses ("draw out) etc.
Adam was deceived by the devil, the "separator (Ge3:4-5), and
Committed the sin of forgetting his name which is to live (Ge2:7, 17), becoming filled with death:
His flesh would return to dust and his spirit sent to eternal death (Ge3:19; Eph2:1).
In that midst, God revealed His name to man as Jehovah, which means
"I AM, the self-existent One, the Creator (Ex3:14).
By that name, Moses used the creation to lead Israel to their exodus (Ex8-11).
Once receiving the commandments, however, the Israelites learned of sin and death, and
Began to fear for their lives even hearing the name (Jdg13:22; 1Sa6:19).
The sanctuary where the Testimony with the name of Jehovah (1Ki8:16) was
Forbid anyone from approaching it, as even the high priest was allowed
Only after confirming the death of the sacrifice on the altar (He7:27).
When the time had fully come, under the law of sin and death (Gal4:4)
The Son of God came with the name Yeshua (Mt1:21).
His name is the name of the everlasting Father, the name of life (Is9:6; Jn17:11, 20:31).
With His name He healed the sick and raised the dead (Lk10:17).
Yet He came in the flesh as the Son of Man to taste death (He2:9).
Thus, as He died, He said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that:
1) The Father alone is the everlasting God;
2) Through His death condemned the devil, the ruler of death (He2:14); and
3) Paid the price of all men's sin and the price of sin, death, and shed His blood to give life to them (Lev17:11; Mt20:28; He10:17-20).
The Father raised Him and
YeshuaascendedtotheheavenlythroneastheAuthoroflife(Ac3:15).
The Holy Spirit came from the Father in the name Yeshua (Jn14:26, 15:26)
To whosoever calls on His name (Mk10:27; Lk23:42; Rm10:13) and
Lets him come to life ” his soul, his flesh, his life, his family for
Yeshua is the name of life.
Therefore, the man of the Spirit
Daily calls out the name Yeshua in prayer,
Drives out demons and lays his hand on the sick to heal in the name, and
Goes out to seek those dying by the hour and speaks the name to give them life.
O Lord,
When we had lost the hope, the strength, and even the desire to live,
Ours souls heard the name Yeshua and
That one name gave us the hope, the strength, and the desire to live!
Yeshua, the name of life!
Let us go out to seek those souls who are dying and
Speak this name to give them life! Amen.

Led Through the Desert
(Dt8:11-16; 2Pe3:11-13)
God is the Lord in heaven (Dt4:39).
He is the Master of the heaven where there is no end to its time, joy, happiness and glory.
For He holds its key, what He opens no can shut and what He shuts no one can open(Rev3:7).
Faith is longing for Him, and
The life of this faith is overcoming all obstacles and passing through the world in order to arrive in heaven.
While a man's life is like an alien or a stranger (1Pe2:11),
Different from wanderers, his destination is clear so
He passes through various points without looking back.
God appointed His Son to be the Heir of all things and
Created the spiritual heaven for Him as His inheritance (Col1:16; He1:2).
For the Son to enter there
The universe, Hades, was made for Him to pass through.
After their exodus,
God led the Israelites through the desert with its venomous snakes and scorpions (Dt8:15),
As a shadow or a copy for the Son of God to pass through
Hades where the devil is (Is14:12-15; Heb9:24; 2Pe2:4).
This was reminded by the sanctuary where
The name of the Lord God and the Testimony which led the Israelites were,
While the prophecy said
A highway will be made in the desert where the clean will journey on it (Is35:1-2, 8-10).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would make a highway in Hades to lead souls to heaven (Jn14:1-6) for
He is the incarnate Word who came from the Father, from heaven (Jn1:11, 14, 18, 3:13).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Humbled Himself to Hades and revealed that the Father alone is the Lord in heaven (Php2:6-8);
2) Judged the devil who tried to ascend to heaven (Is14:12; 1Jn3:8); and
3) With His blood redeemed all men and with His torn flesh opened a new and living way to heaven (Mt27:51; He10:19-20).
Therefore, the Father raised Him from the grave and
Exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name above every name (Php2:9-11).
The Holy Spirit who was sent from there
Came in the name Yeshua to those cleansed by His blood and
Lets them know the way to heaven.
The man of the Spirit is he who
Knows that he is a pilgrim headed to heaven, and
Thus, puts effort to journey on "the Way of Holiness(Is35:8) and
Take off the lust of the flesh, the pride and the vanity of life along the way (1Pe2:11; 1Jn2:16).
For he longs to be led out of the burning universe in that day (1Pe3:6-14),
He passes through this world without regrets or looking back.
O Lord,
Thank You for making a highway in this vast and dreadful desert to lead us out!
Though we once lived this one life lost in the vanity of the world
Now that we know that we are pilgrims headed to heaven
Let us leave this world without looking back! Amen.
Know the Truth
(Jn8:31-32; Php3:8)
God is the God is knowledge (1Sa2:3).
He is the beginning of knowledge and,
To those who know the great surpassing knowledge, the truth,
He gives the freedom of eternal life (Ecc7:12; Jn8:32).
Faith is knowing the truth and
The life of this faith is teaching the truth and being accountable for the time before the creation and
the end of times.
Knowledge is power, a competitive edge for those who possess it.
While information and technology flood societies with all kinds of knowledge,
Parents continue to put effort on sending their children to top universities.
Consequently, universities now excel in producing individuals with knowledge
But they have neglected their responsibility in producing human beings.
The Bible is the book that the man of God must learn from (2Ti3:16-17) for
He will be destroyed for lacking the knowledge of God (Hos4:1, 6).
The Israelites are the people with the greatest knowledge in the world for
God taught them the Law to obey it (Dt4:5-6),
While gentile nations remain ignorant for
Like beasts, they do not know their end (Dt32:28-29).
After taking the throne, Solomon asked God for wisdom (2Ch1:10-12) and
He was able to govern the kingdom with great wisdom and knowledge and
Build the Temple of Jerusalem which
Reminded them for generations that they had the greatest knowledge in the world.
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would reveal the truth, the mystery hidden in Him (Col2:2-3) for
He is the truth itself (Jn1:14, 14:6), who came according to the prophecy
Filled with the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of knowledge
To fill the earth with the knowledge of knowing God (Is1:1-5, 9).
As such, He said to learn from Him (Mt11:29), and
By healing the sick and raising the dead revealed that
The truth is the freedom from oppression (Jn8:31-32).
He was, however, bound and led away to death.
Yet as He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Gave His life according to the Father's knowledge (Jn10:17-18);
2) Condemned the devil, the father of lies (Ge2:17, 3:4-6); and
3) By paying the price of sin, set men free from sin, death, the devil, the Law and the law of nature.
His resurrection confirmed that, Jesus Himself and His words are the truth (Jn14:6, 24), and
By sitting on the heavenly throne, He became the eternally free.
The Holy Spirit whom He sent is the Spirit of truth (Jn16:13) who
Comes to believers and leads them to the truth (1Co2:12).
A man of the Spirit is he who
Knows the great surpassing knowledge of knowing Jesus, the truth (Php3:8).
Therefore, he considers as rubbish
Hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depend on
Human traditions and the basic principles of the world (Col2:8), and
Only speaks the truth as his own (Jn8:44) for
He is accountable for God who is from before the creation and for souls in the last day.
O Lord,
I possess the surpassing greatness of knowing the truth!
Our church is the surpassing great educational institution!
We do not change the sinner to the civilized; rather, we change the civilized to the sinner.
We do not change the uneducated to the educated; rather, we change the educated to uneducated.
Let us lead them only to the truth! Amen.
The Authority of My Soul
(Jn1:12)
God is the Head of authority.
All authorities come from Him (Rm13:1), and
He makes those who use His authority eternal rulers (Lk19:17).
Faith is knowing the authority that my soul has and
The life of this faith is using His authority.
The concept of rights, power or authority refers to
Having certain benefits and insisting them.
Whether that right is in the citizens of a democratic nation or
In an individual of a totalitarian state,
All people seek their rights, because of which
The struggle for such continues to this day.
Deceived by the devil,
Adam sinned and became his slave (2Pe2:19), and
Lost the right to rule over the Garden of Eden (Ge2:15, 3:24).
Furthermore, all men became destined
To be ruled by the ruler of death, the prince of the world, the devil (He2:14-15).
When God sent Moses to deliver the Israelites from their slavery of 400 years in Egypt,
God let him carry the staff of God (Ex4:2, 20) for
He was sent as an ambassador of God.
As such, with the staff Moses performed 10 plagues by which
Egypt was destroyed and the Israelites were delivered.
The miracles by the staff continued to follow Israel:
The parting of the Red Sea, the great battle against the Amalekites,
The water that sprang from the rock etc (Ex14:16, 17:9-15; Nu20:11).
God instructed them to place Aaron's budded staff
In front of the Testimony of the Most Holy Place
To be kept as a sign for the rebellious (Nu17:2-10).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19-20), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would use His authority of forgiveness and judgment to hell (Mt9:1-8; Lk12:4-5), and
Tear down the privilege that followed bloodline and
Give the right to become God's children to the souls of all who believe His name.
As such, even to His disciples
Jesus gave the right to drive out demons like He did (Mk3:15).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Used the authority to die following the command of the Father, the Head of all authorities (Jn10:17-18);
2) Destroyed the authority of the ruler of death with His own death (He2:14; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Through His redeeming death used the authority of forgive the sins of all men.
He rose and
With all authority in heaven and on earth (Mt28:18)
Sat on the heavenly throne, becoming the Head of all authorities.
The Holy Spirit comes to
Those who received the name Yeshua and
Lets them know that they have received the right to become the children of God (Jn1:12).
The true Christian is he who has
The right to be forgiven of any sin and call God their Father (Rm8:15).
Therefore, even if he gives up his breath
He never gives up the inheritance of heaven (Jn14:2; Rm8:17),
Uses the right to ask by diligently praying (Jn14:14),
Drives out demons to be free from sickness and curse (Mk16:17),
Speaks in tongues to communicate with God (Mk16:17; 1Co14:18), and
Declares forgiveness by preaching the gospel (Jn20:23).
Though the world does not know
He knows that he has the authority of the name Yeshua in his soul.
O Lord,
Let us open our eyes to this authority we have in our souls.
Let us use the name Yeshua all the days of our lives!
Amen.

To Bear the Image of the Heavenly Man
(Ge1:27; 1Co15:35-49)
God is the origin of image.
Though He is without an image,
From Him came image and
Hetreatseachaccordingtohisimage.
Faith is acknowledging Him, and
The life of this faith is putting effort to take off the image of the earthly man, in order to bear the image
of the heavenly man.
An image refers to a character, a form or a shape.
While all creations have their characteristic image
According to their species, according to God's design (Ge2),
Man was the only creation made in the image and the form of God (Ge1:26-27).
When birds in the sky, fish in the sea, animals on earth
Eat, sleep and produce offspring, they live according to their image.
In addition to the same, man must live according to his conscience to live as a man.
Furthermore, the living being Adam must
Live according to the Word of God to live as the living being (Ge2:7, 17).
The image of God, however, became corrupted when
He was deceived by the devil, the corrupted angel, and sinned,
Becoming his servant (2Pe2:19).
The exodus of Israel was the transformation of the image of the slaves of Egypt to
That of the people and the priests of God (Ex19:6).
Though they ate spiritual food and drank spiritual drink in the desert (1Co10:1-4),
Because of their animal-like lust they complained and thus
All fell in the desert and died (Nu21:5-6).
God commanded them to not make any idols or bow down to them as
It was the ethics regarding image (Ex20:4),
While the sanctuary where the name of the Lord God, Jehovah, was
Reminded them that because God was mindful of their humanness
He provided them with daily bread.
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would give the true bread and the true drink for the souls of men (Jn6:32-33), for
He is the incarnate Word, the life-giving spirit (Jn1:1, 14; 1Co15:45).
In spite of this, the devil targeted the weakness of His flesh and
Tempted Him to bow down to himself, a creature, attempting to corrupt the image of God (Mt4:1-11).
However, Jesus declared that man does not live on bread alone but
By doing the work of God (Jn4:32-34).
Thus, as He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Made as the eternal rule that dying for the glory of the Father is the true image of man (Jn10:17-18; Php2:6-11);
2) Condemned the devil, the creature that became corrupted in his image (Is14:12-15; 1Jn3:8); and
3) By dying in place of all men gave them a chance to bear the image of God (Mt20:28).
Through His resurrection
Christ was confirmed to be the image of God (2Co4:4).
The Holy Spirit who came in the name Yeshua
Lets the believer know that man must live neither like animal nor like man;
Rather, he must live like Christ, like the image of God.
The man of the Spirit, therefore, puts every effort to
Grow his spiritual body while living in the flesh on earth (1Co15:42-44) and
Even if he is treated lowly like animal on earth
He does not try to avoid it because
When Christ returns
He longs to bear the image of the heavenly man ” the spiritual resurrection (1Co15:45-49).
O Lord,
Even if we face trouble, hardship, persecution, famine, nakedness, danger or sword,
Let us never exchange the image of the heavenly man with that of the earthly man.
Holy Spirit, help us
To hastily grow our spiritual bodies, our spiritual wings so
We can soar up to heaven and meet the Lord in that day! Amen.
Grace In Time of Need
(He4:14-16)
God is compassionate (Ps86:15).
He delivers the needy and
Helps the afflicted (Ps72:12).
Faith is longing for His compassion, and
The life of this faith is living only by His help.
When some people hit their limit
They fall into despair, self-negligence or even suicide,
While others prepare for such a time and
Prepare with savings, insurance or even some type of alliance.
The Christian, however while in the flesh
Seeks the help of God the Maker of heaven and earth (Ps121).
Though the angels who sinned once could
Never escape the eternal judgment and punishment (Is14:12-15; He2:16),
God planned to deliver all men in Adam who sinned the same (Ge2:17, 3:4-6)
From curse and death for
He has compassion on them for their weakness in the flesh.
When the Israelites groaned in their slavery and cried out,
God heard them and delivered them from their slavery in Egypt (Ex2:23-25), and
After surviving the sword they arrived in the wilderness where
They could live only by God's favor (Jer31:2):
The pillars of fire and clouds, manna and the water from the rock.
The sanctuary where
The golden vase with manna was inside the Testimony and
The wings of cherubim spread over the mercy seat (Ex25:20-22; Ps63:7)
Reminded them for generations that God watched over them so that
Neither the moon by night or the sun by day would harm them (Ps121), and
Even in the ceaseless battles (Ex17:3-13; 1Sa17:41-52),
God was their help and their shield (Ps28:7).
Yet curse continued to be on them for
Rather than crying out to God during battles (Ps72:12-13)
They sought the help of those who have no power to help (Is31:3).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would deliver men from sin, death and curse for
The Only Begotten Son came as the Son of the Man to
Show compassion on those who are ignorant and have gone astray (He5:2).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Cried out to the Father from Hades and committed His spirit to Him (Ps9:13; Jnh2:7; Lk23:46; Ac2:27);
2) Judged the devil, the archangel (Is14:12; He2:15; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Tasted death for all men and showed them His favor (He2:9).
He rose and sat on the heavenly throne of grace.
He is the Lamb who was slain (Rev5:2),
Having the marks of the Father's compassion for Him,
Also the marks of His compassion on the children who are weak.
From there the Spirit of grace came (He10:29)
To help the children of God
By the name Yeshua and by helping angels (Jn14:13; Ac1:8; He1:14).
The true Christian is he who
Knows well his own neediness and weakness (Mt5:3).
Therefore, he makes God's help his last resort and
Daily goes before the throne of grace and cries out (He4:16).
O Lord,
If I did not have Your help
I could not live even for a day for
I am the needy and the afflicted.
What grace it is that
I can come before Your throne this day and cry out to You and be heard!
Until my last breath
Let my soul and my weak flesh
Rest only under Your wings. Amen.

They Overcame by the Blood of the Lamb
(Rev12:7-12)
God is the Lord of glory.
He is surrounded by glory, and
He gloriously fights, overcomes and conquers.
Faith is longing for Him and,
The life of this faith is with His weapon gloriously fighting and overcoming in the end.
A warfare must be won at all cost for
The victor receives glory and plunder while the defeated faces shame and loss.
Since the important matter in a warfare is the weapon,
The world continues to develop those that are
More fatal, more accurate, longer-range.
The Bible demonstrates many stories of war, armies, fighters, enemies etc
Because of the war in heaven ”
The confrontation between the kingdom of Satan with the weapon of death and
The kingdom of heaven with the weapon of life.
Deceived by the serpent
Adam ate the forbidden fruit and was defeated by him.
Consequently Adam was banished from the Garden (Ge3:6, 24) and
Became s slave of the devil, the ruler of death,
Losing freedom and all rights (He2:14-15; 2Pe2:19).
Though without freedom or any right
The Israelites lived as slaves for 430 years in Egypt (Ex12:42),
They left in procession as the army of the Lord (Ex12:41, 13:18) for
They defeated the pharaoh by the blood of the Passover lamb (Ex12:13, 29-31).
The Passover was to be celebrated to commemorate this (Ex12:27) and
The sanctuary was the place where the blood of lamb was shed because
The life of the flesh is in the blood and it is the blood that makes atonement (Lev17:11).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of body,
He would shed His eternal blood to make atonement for all men's sin (Mt20:28; He9:12).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Glorified the Father who let the Son gloriously fight and seize the throne (Jn10:17-18; He1:2);
2) With His death destroyed the weapon of the devil and tore down the wall of sin (Mt27:50; Jude1:6); and
3) By His blood, His life, delivered those who were slaves of the devil (He2:14-15; 1Pe1:18-19).
With His power of life, He resurrected and gloriously overcame and
Finally ascended the heavenly throne.
The Holy Spirit came with the good news of the blood of the Lamb (Eph1:7) and
Lets the believer know that His blood is in him (1Co2:11).
The man of the Spirit knows that
He possesses the most powerful weapon, the blood of the Lamb.
Therefore, he testifies the blood of the Lamb and
By the blood overcomes all things ”
Trouble, hardship, persecution, famine, nakedness, danger or sword, sin or even death (Rm8:31-39).
O Lord,
Let me never forget this ”
I have the blood of the Lamb!
I have overcome by the blood of the Lamb! Amen.

The Faith that Speaks Even After Death
(He11:4)
God is living.
His existence is living, and
His Word is also living (He4:14; 1Pe1:23).
Faith is possessing living faith, and
The life of this faith is putting effort to leave behind faith.
While dead man does not speak
The will of the dead continues to stay alive so
Those who heard it try to fulfill their wish, especially that of their king, parents or the fallen soldiers.
The Bible is comprised of the Old Testament and the New Testament:
The Old Testament is when the will of the one who made is still alive,
While the New Testament is the will fulfilled after the death of the one who made it (He9:6).
By faith, Abel still speaks, even though he is dead (He11:4) for
His blood cried out from the ground since
He was killed by his own brother without any witness (Ge4:10).
By faith, Moses kept the Passover and the application of blood
So that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch the firstborn of Israel (Ex12:11; He11:28),
Because of which tens of thousands lambs died silently the same night (Ex12:3-4).
By faith, the Israelites kept the Passover regulation of shedding blood for generations
In the sanctuary chosen as a dwelling for the name of the Lord God (Dt16:1-2) since
That was where their prayers reached heaven (2Ch30:27).
Jesus said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would fulfill the first covenant that was made with the blood of animals (Ex24:8) and
Establish a new covenant with His own blood (He9:15-17) for
He came as the Lamb of God (Jn1:29), the Passover Lamb (1Co5:7)
To shed His blood for the forgiveness of sins for men (Mt26:26).
As He died, Jesus said, "It is finished (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Testified that the Word of the Father is living (Jn10:18; 1Pe1:23);
2) Through His death as Adam proved that the words of the devil were lies (Ge2:27, 3:4-5); and
3) In place of men died silently so that His blood would speak even after His death (Is53:7; Jn11:25-26).
His resurrection testified that faith speaks even after death (Lk23:46).
The Holy Spirit who came in the name Yeshua to believers
Speaks the outcry of His blood that speaks even after death (Jn14:26).
Therefore, the Christian opens his mouth to speak the outcry of His blood to save souls.
His faith is testified by his offering that cries out even after death (He11:4) and
The prayers of his lifetime are surely fulfilled even after he dies, as
He hopes to commit his spirit to the Father when he leaves this world.
O Lord,
The faith that speaks even after death!
The offering that speaks even after death!
Let me not be greedy for the sake of my soul, my offspring, and the offspring of my faith.
Let my faith, my offering and my prayers cry out while I am alive! Amen.
