By the Grace of God

(1Co15:1-10)

God is self-existent (Ex3:14).

Through Him, by Him and for Him all things were made (Col1:16).

He lets those who live by His grace live and

Lets those who put effort by His grace do things (Mt25:29).

Faith is knowing that I am what I am by His grace and

The life of this faith is toiling in order for that grace to not become without effect.

When things go well, people credit themselves,

But when they do not, they blame others.

While those who are satisfied with what they are tend to be proud,

Those who are unhappy with what they are blame others, their luck and even the gods,

Ultimately falling into despair.

This is the tendency of the sin Adam, the ancestor of all men, committed (Ge3:4-6)

For he blamed his wife and God (Ge3:12-13).

Nevertheless God warned of the judgment against the origin of sin, the devil,

By sending the offspring of the woman (Ge3:15).

God exclusively chose the Israelites and

Let them know that God alone is self-existent (Ex3:14) and that

Man cannot live on his own.

By grace God sent Moses and struck Egypt with various wonders he performed,

After which they plundered the Egyptians and left (Ex3:20-21).

The people who survived the sword found favor in the wilderness (Jer31:2) for

The wilderness was a place where

They were tested and humbled to know that

They live not on their own but by the grace of God (Dt8:14-16).

Inside the sanctuary was the ark of the testimony which had

The golden vase that reminded them for generations that

By the grace of God they were delivered from their slavery of 430 years and

Survived the wilderness for 40 years.

The Law revealed that man cannot wash away his own sins (Jer2:22) and that

He cannot know God on his own.

It led man to despise himself and repent (Job42:4-6).

Misunderstanding the function of the Law (Rm3:19), however,

The Pharisees amended regulations to the Law and

Led a self-righteousness movement (Lk16:15).

Yeshua said, "Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days," because

Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body (Jn2:19-20),

He would make a way for men to live through Him (Jn14:6) for

He is before Abraham was born (Jn8:56), the incarnate self-existent God (Jn1:1, 14),

The One and Only Son whom the Father sent (Jn7:28).

As He died, He said, "It is finished" (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Fulfilled the Father's will that sent Him and commended His soul to Him (Jn10:18);
2) Judged the devil who left his proper domain on his own (Is14:12-15; Jude1:6); and
3) With His blood redeemed all men and let them live by His grace (Eph1:7).

The Father raised Him from the dead (Ac3:15) and

Seated Him on the heavenly throne of grace and

He is the Lamb of God (Rev22:3).

The Spirit of grace whom He sent (Ac2:33; He10:29) is

The gift of God given to those who want to believe and live (Ac2:38), and

Lets them understand what God has freely given them (1Co2:12).

The man of the Spirit is he who knows all things that he is,

Such as becoming righteous, a child of God, having faith and duties in the church,

Overcoming, prayers answered, and even hardship, sickness, persecution etc,

As God's grace.

Therefore, he neither boasts about the things that he has,

Nor falls into despair because of his circumstances for

God lets those who want to live by His grace live and

Lets those who put effort by His grace do things (Mt25:29).

O Lord,

Without grace, I am the wretch of all wretches,

Without grace, I am the weakest of all.

Let us all pray, preach and give dedication

By the grace of God alone. Amen.
